Respect, we talk about it every year...

Been watching nfl network most of the day...Ray Rice is dominating. They talked about and showed the leagues big injuries...not a wiff of our LB's.
 
If the organization and the fans want respect we need to keep winning especially the games we should win. The Pats win was a huge step in the right direction as it was a great game.

I agree with fin fan in cali we cant get respect until we start winning we have a long way to go to proof them wrong.go fins!!!
 
As delighted and as optimistic as I am, one win does not generate a lot of repect for either the Bills or Dolphins.
If it did the game this week would be shown to a much greater segment of the population. Especially on the east coast.
 
I think the trend I see with NFL media is, for you to be in the spotlight at all (even just to get reported on) you have to be both/either:
A) extremely flashy player, a stats giant, and marketable (fantasy football star)
B) a proven elite winner

Fins don't really have either if you think about it. Wake is the closest thing to an all-around elite-level player, but other DE's like J.J. Watt get infinitely more publicity.
I think that started with the whole swatting passes thing, he blew up after that.

If we play lights out this season and next, consistently, I think you'll start to see more positive Fins coverage
