Dolphins left guard Richie Incognito received a trespassing warning on June 10th after an alleged fight with a security guard at Club Liv in Miami Beach, according to a police report obtained by The Palm Beach Post.
The report said that Incognito and friends of his were trying to get close to a performer on stage when a security guard asked them step back. Somebody from Incognito’s group allegedly said to the guard “(expletive) you and what are you doing to do about it” and pushed the guard. A fight then broke out between the guard and Incognito, the report said. Incognito and his group were escorted out of the club.
Incognito told police that he and a group of friends were near the stage area when he noticed a fight between one of his friends and the security guard. Incognito said he was trying to break up the fight when he got hit in the face by the guard.
Incognito had minor injuries to his face and refused medical treatment. He received a trespassing warning by Miami Beach police.
