Richie Incognito Knocks Out Bouncer at Club Liv (incorrect title)

Police report also says the bouncer was not injured. Not even a scratch. This was an erroneously reported incident by Schefter. Extremely amateur.

Right and the original police reports said George Zimmerman had no injuries

Have you seen the actual report or 911 call logs? Or are we going by Adam Beasely because we like what he says vs what Scheffner has to say?

We are going off the information Beasley has because he is the one who actually spoke with the MDPD.

If I was Incognito or any member of his family I would sue Schefter into the ground.

Beasley, Armando, the Palm Beach Post, NFL.com and even Schefter's ESPN article now says the police report said Incognito didn't throw a punch and was the victim. They have all seen the police report now. Not going with what they said because "we like what he says", going with that because it is the FACTS.

this just keeps getting better...lol

Right and the original police reports said George Zimmerman had no injuries

The original NBC documentary doctored the 911 call to make it look like Zimmerman was a racist. Another drive by media attack with no basis in fact.

Once people heard the entire 911 call, it put everything in context. The operator asked the race of the person. Zimmerman answered the question the best way he could....it was dark.

For what it's worth ProFootballTalk also got a copy of the police report and corroborated Beasley's article.

Richie is 100% no choir boy and it does sound like it was his crew that started the altercation, but Schefter's initial report that Richie "punched a security guard and knocked him out" seems to have no basis in reality. Just ****ty reporting.

Like the cowards that they are, ESPN has quietly changed the title of the article from "Incognito punched out security guard" to "Incognito involved in hotel incident".

ESPN accomplished what they wanted. They put out a TMZ type story with a shocking headline and everyone quickly ate it up and trashed Richie. House later, they changed the story once the facts came in, but don't offer an apology or admit a mistake. The damage is already done, and those that jumped on Incognito probably will never see or listen to the true story that is now out. Incognito is the big bad villain, just as ESPN wanted.

That is the world we live in like I said earlier being first is more important then being right. Scheffner did a ****ty job on this that's for sure and usually he lines up his ducks. I would expect crap from many other ESPN guys, but not him. I will say this watching a few different ESPN shows today it is pretty obvious they are out to minimize Antonio Smiths actions in the game.

One the other note getting a guy a trespass warrant when he helped your business is brain dead on the hotels part! Especially when your venue tends to be frequented by high profile persons. You can bet as the story spreads athletes will go elsewhere because they know when they are out people start **** with them all the time. Stupid move really those guys spend ridiculous money when they go out!

Congrats Richie for doing the right thing!

TE=finfan54;1064748975]Im glad you got to get that out of your system with the "Homer" views I have. Whatever, your entitled to that opinion of me. Doesn't bother me in the least. I see myself as someone who can take the whole picture and not just the negative and spew it out, like Shefter did without even checking his sources. Spewed it on national TV and then got another player to react via twitter. This is what is wrong with this crap. They are putting stuff out so that you take a side, and I take a side, and no one cares anything about the facts. All you heard was it appears, Incognito hit someone at a nightclub after being hit.

That makes Incognito in trouble. That's all you and others care about. You don't care about the facts. You just run with what you like to run with.

Rush Limbaugh calls it the drive by media for this very incident.

Now James Walker is reporting that Incognito has some explaining to do.

Incognito doesn't have to explain anything. They are just looking for something to drag the Miami Dolphins down. Anybody would know this happens every day in politics. Walker is just looking out for his buddy at ESPN cus he works for BSPN.

Now tell me what the police report says. What do you think the NFL will have to say about it.

My Homer guess is once again, Incog didn't do anything wrong to the point of breaking the law, getting arrested, causing trouble to the point of getting a suspension, or anything that police or anyone else is willing to say....so far.

So right now, Incog is innocent until proven guilty.

This whole charade started when Smith got suspended and Shefter took it upon himself to carry some water for certain players making it seem like Incognito is guilty of something. He is guilty of nothing as evidenced by police who did not arrest him.

Sincerely,

Your favorite homer[/QUOTE]

FinFan your spot on brother. Reading some of these post is like watching msnbc, facts don't matter or are taking completing out of context to push their own agenda.

You had no more proof or evidence and infact the only real evidence was a Trespass Warrant which lets face it 99.9% of the time you don't get for doing the right thing. Like I said in a other post Scheffner should have got his sucks in a row before he ran with it and usually he does. But this isn't some giant anti dolphins conspiracy you guys claim it to be.

Please tell where Rachell Maddow, Lawrence O'Donnell or Chris Hayes are not factual? You're as delusional as they come. Please google just one republican accomplishment in the last 30 years and tell me what you find. Please just do me that favor..
