Ricky and Ronnie

I founded interesting the Ronniw wa lining up at FB, and Saban mention that he loved the fact that brown split carries with Caddy, because that shows he can also doit in the league. Implying that by Saban pretty much told me, if Ricky comes back that's what we would see..

do you know why he was smoking pot to begin with. His original meds for his disorder were making him sick/not aggreeing with him (according to him). Weed which accomplished the same effect as his meds was much more to his liking. I had no problem with him smoking it for medicinal purposes. Not every person that smokes weed is some kind of junky. A plant that grows naturally all over the united states should not be illegal. I don't smoke weed and i think that this is the most rediculous law there is. I geuss you sheep like big brother telling you how to live your lives.

For once  I agree with your post. People do have way too many issues with weed. IT has tons of beneficial effects. Besides psychological effects, it's now been found to have really beneficial effects for patients with both Rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, i.e. relieves mucho pain. Being a sufferer of one of these since I was 25 I can attest that marijuana works better and more gently than any painkiller I've tried.

But, let's be honest. Ricky's hero and idol is Bob Marley. The guys who's picture on every T-shirt has a Marijuana leaf in the background. While I think MJ had positive effects for him and may have led to him stop taking his meds because of it, I would bet half a years salary that he smoked it long before that.

You can keep telling yourself that all you want. But the fact is Saban has allready came right out and said that Ronnie would be splitting carries with another significant running back. One could only assume that a deal with RW has allready been arranged. Another month and we will all know for sure.

My guess is that RW will be back after his contract has been restructured. It will be a lower, insentive ridden, cap freindly contract.

Saban is making all the right moves!!

Where did you read this? .... I have never heard Saban say that Brown wassplitting time with another significant back.

I find it hard to believe pot-head is coming back.

Id say keep em both in at the same time. Use Ronnie as a receiver if hes not getting the ball.

If Ricky comes back how would you use him? And then how would you use Ronnie?

I think they should retire Ricky Williams Jersey to the rafters. Oh yeah, with him still in it!!

Your the one who seems to be telling himself something here!

Saban has never once said anything about splitting carries. As of now, all he has said is that the door is open....then he follows with a "can you imagine"......... :shakeno:

And I guarantee at least half of the tenured professors there smoked pot for a least some time during their lives. A few of them were world renowned scientists. Ricky is a loser because of his quitter personality and his refusal to be held accountable to anyone but himself. Hell, he's not even accountable to his own damn children. You can be a winner and still smoke pot, it can be a fairly harmless drug, much less harmful than alcohol, as long as you don't let it dominate your life.

YOU CAN BE A WINNER AND STILL SMOKE POT!!!

not sure if you mean winners are successful because they smoke pot or in spite of the fact that they smoke pot...

It is a drug and should not be used for recreational purposes (but I also believe tobacco and alcohol are drugs), if it has a medicinal value then it should be used as such, by prescription. We have to be careful what we say as I have seen numerous posters here that are minors and i am sure we get many more that are lurking.

With regard to RW: If any one can convince RW to come back to the NFL and to give it his all and to be a team first kinda guy, IT IS NICK!!!!! If RW comes back with the right temperment and a competitive fire in his eyes and a desire to prove all the naysayers wrong, I will be happy to have him back!!!!!!!!!
Hopefully, he comes back and Saban utilizes this resource/employee to its maximum effect for the betterment of our football team. If he does not perform well or acts flakey then fire his a$$. We now have Big Bad Brown. Ricky deserves a second chance, like so many of us have received second chances. This time the offense will not be placed squarely on his shoulders, so if he leaves again, or is released due to his behavior the impact will not be the same.

Ricky vs Ronnie

If Saban allows ricky to return, what does that do to the mind set of ronnie? when he was picked ,Im sure he thought he was the man.could this be a bad thing?most players arent to crazy about splitting time with another player, especially with the talent of these two guys.

Byroan, this guy "Slappa" is obviously worth nothing to this board.

Do you notice that the people who come on here slinging the name calling all have less than 100 posts?

They don't know what the hell is going on.

Just ignore this guy. He'll go away eventually. We people who actually know football will be here in the long run.

Go Fins baby.

You are obviously missing the point.

I have plenty of really good friends who smoke the grass. It ain't about that.

It IS about a star player who QUIT on his team one friggin week before they were supposed to report for training camp.

That, my friend, is inexusable.
