Ricky Williams 2002 highlights

Video 1 from 4:55 to 5:14 watched the game on TV and I am still impressed with the viciouness of that run.

That 2002 team might have been the most talented Dolphins team ever. But we had what we have now, a mediocre QB and an incompetent Head Coach. Dolphin fans will never again see another RB like Ricky Williams unfortunately.

I wouldn't go that crazy, they may look more talented now compared to what you have had in recent years but it wasn't anywhere near the most talented team in dolphins history.

Just close your eyes and imagine 2002 Ricky was on the roster right now.....

Best RB ever on this team.

Man, that MNF game vs the bears in all aqua, where he ran for 200+... i'm not sure if it was 2002, but one of my favorite games of all time

2002 will haunt me until the day I die.

I just remember breaking my desk after seeing the end of that chokejob in Foxboro to close the season and lose the division and playoff shot. Probably the most pissed I've ever been watching a dolphins game

Thanks for running Ricky into the ground Wannstache.

Instant contender. Legit contender.

That run vs. KC where he trucks the guy at the line and then stiff-arms the hell out of the DB after. Yowsa.

The Oronde Gadsden catch spliced into the montage was a nice touch. That catch was ridiculous.

Back in those days I worked for a sports wire service called Sports Ticker. I had to work that day, and watched the game there. A lot of the guys I worked with were Jets fans. It was absolutely brutal. I remember it was right around the holidays and my sister was home from college. When I got home that night, I muttered something that was supposed to be a 'hello' to my family, I went in my room, shut the door, and didn't say a word to anyone the rest of the night. And the fam left me alone. They knew how pissed off I was. Probably the most heartbreaking end to a season I've ever known as a fan of this franchise. And the Minnesota disaster the week before might've even been a more brutal loss than the New England game, crazy as that sounds.

Ah yes, that Patriots 'choke job.'

Also known as "The officials really love the Patriots." The phantom Jamar Fletcher PI.
