What type of extension will Ricky Williams get next year when he is a FA.. Do you think he will get a long long term deal or like a 5 year deal.. I want him to stay here ofr like 8 years.lol..
Nahh but this player is underpaid for his talent cause of his old agent!

Is he really a FA in '04? I thought he was under contract for longer than that. I have no doubt he will resign though. He wants to be here. If nothing else, we have the franchise tag. He won't be going anywhere......

We extended his contract as soon as he got here last year...so I am sure he is a FA in 2005 2006 2007 or so.

Are u serious, i thought his contract was over? but if they did extend than i most of not heard it.... but i know he was overpaid... int he madden 2003 game his contract was due year 2004. He better stay here

I'm Hoping Ricky will finish his career in Miami. Ricky's trade was a no brainer, one of the phins best trades.

Cheap cheap! He is so great. greta player and he doesn't take a lot of money ebcause he wants the team to be good not just him.

Ricky will want a raise after this year.. especially if he runs like he did last year and stays healthy.. He is worth the money..

Uh he's signed through 2006 and already got his raise. There will be no more raises since he gets a nice chunk of change based on how well he runs. He's just happy that he's not in that screwed up contract the Saints had him under and you will not see a demand for raises out of him.

His salaries will continue to increase by the amount he earns in incentives. He's scheduled to make $2.63 million(2003), $2.635 million(2004), $2.64 million(2005), and $3.5 million(2006)

All the above salaries were originally $2.1 million less. RW earned $2.1 million in incentives from his 2002 season and that amount was also added to each remaining year. If RW earns $2.1 million in incentives again in 2003. his salaries for 2004-2006 would increase to $4.735 million, $4.74 million, and $5.6 million respectively.

I thought Ricky signed a 7-year deal when he came out of college in 1999. If that's true that would make 2006 the year he would become a FA. I also believe the Dolphins signed him to a 1 year extension on top of that last year. Then again I may be confusing his situation all together.

I would like to honestly say Clumped that you are a true well of knowledge. How do you know so much about a team that isn't your favorite? Your knowledge of the bills must be astonishing!
