I said his career MIGHT be over. Does he really want to go through a torturous rehab? Perhaps. We will see.

He'll have to rehab either way but why wouldn't he just settle and cut ties allowing him to do whatever the f he wants? Hell, he could always try the booth.
He will have to rehab if he wants to walk properly - the question is how fast should he rehab if he is or isn’t coming back
Tough injury to rehab, especially at 39. He may try to come back next year but I wonder if this is the beginning of the end.

Correct and he was much younger than Rogers when he suffered the similar injury.

Well he’s a 40 year old QB who tore his Achilles, arguably the most difficult injury to recover from even if you’re 25.
i never wish injuries on anyone but that fanbase is tough to feel sorry for...
