Ryan Tannehill Names Himself Starter for Week 4

1. If you go back and watch the actual game tape when Tannehill makes the audible Miller puts his hands up like he was now confused as to what to do. Maybe he guessed right and still did the right thing, maybe not
2. Hartline got no separation and runs a poor looking route
3. The play clock was down to 2 after the audible, not good. And from the endzone angle you can see the ball was clearly thrown behind Hartline. To make the catch he would have to twist back, reminiscent of the play that Wallace fumbled on week 1.
4. Satele notices a blitzer sneak up to the left at the last second causing the audible. I believe the original play as called was supposed to go to Miller.
5. Poor play design by Lazor and/or Miller didn't know what he was doing. So poor coaching.

So on that play the coaching was poor, the QB was poor, the o-line was poor, the receiver was poor and the RB was poor...

Lets take a look at Lamar Miller on this play!

Lamar Miller would have dropped it too. Or fell on his ass right after catching it.

to me its clear that Lazor is an up and coming star coach. listen to an interview and say he doesn't sound impressive. he also has gotten the running game going. Miller has over 200 yards and Knowshon has over 100. thats over 100 yards a game right there. I have faith he can also coach up Tannehill he only has had a few months on the job.

IMO the last time i looked Lazor IS THE ONE CALLING THE PLAYS ON OFFENCE NOT PHILBIN ,just like Coyle is the Defence coach calling the plays ,IMO its just as much Lazors fault as it is Philbins , yeah IMO they all need to get there asses together and call plays thats going to work ,if im not 100% wrong Lazors the one calling the plays in to Tannehill , and im sure on each play Philbin dosent have to approve each play thats called in , so im sayin that lazor is the one that needs to make the adjustments accordlingly .

yeah its easy when looking at a replay multiple times... Got the ball out quick on the blitz? check! threw an accurate ball and hit the WR in both hands in stride? check! First down! Oh wait, the receiver dropped it... dang! Let me ask you this, if Tannehill takes a second more to go around his reads and gets sacked, will you blame him for holding it to long?

That is exactly right!! There is no way Tannihill gets that ball off if he check to his RB. Not only that Miller misread the defense as he should have stayed back and blocked the blitzing lb. As far as Tannihill is concern, because he read the play correctly and miller did not, he didn't even know miller was running the seem route and probably would of looked elsewhere!! Lots of armchair QBs on this site.
