Saban & Mcmicheal

Depends on if the charges are dropped. I mean the guy is letting Ricky comeback. If the charges are dropped than why should he be suspended? It depends on what happens further along, we're talking about one of the best tight ends in the NFL, i'm sure alot worse goes on that nobody hears about and he'll help the team win games.

The Dolphins should insist that he agree to counseling. Further, they should make it part of any future contract. It would help Randy and protect the team (and his wife).

It makes me sick to see these responses "we need to win, so don't suspend him". I love the Dolphins and will always be a fan, but when winning is the only thing, then I have had enough.

I feel like we can have a winning team, with quality people as well.

Me too. But unfortunately, some people would support a terrorist being on their team if it meant winning. :shakeno:

I wouldn't go that far. I think Randy is a troubled YOUNG man with a drinking problem who can be helped.

Believe it or not, I care more for Randy the human than Randy the football player, and I really hope he can get this resolved for his sake.

Hey, I hope he can get his problems resolved too. But seriously- someone said before they'd- and I quote- "support Saddam Hussein being the starting QB if he'd help us win". Showing that no matter what people do or how questionable their character, there are some fans who don't care and put winning above morals and the difference beteween right and wrong. Which is sad.

Well, that wasn't me. (I know you know that, I'm just saying...)

I certainly wouldn't state that kind of hyperbole, but on the other hand, I'm not ready to throw Randy McMichael in the trash either. He really is a good person who just develops this rage when he gets drunk.

It's his drinking problem that needs to be resolved.

Trashing McMichael at this point is ridiculous. None of you know what happened. If the wife says it was an accident who are you to call her a liar. This is the problem with this society. It feels it has the right to get involved with other people's business. Let the situation play out and when the facts come in then make your comments. At this stage it's just juvenille

that kind of brings us back to the topic here. Do you think he should be suspended? And what do you think Sabans opinions on the matter are?

I agree. There's a reason this country has a judicial system.

I thought Saddam was a decent scrambler until he took that vicious Joe Theisman like sack courtesy of W. He hasn't been the same since.
