Why is she not on Ireland's side? The only evidence Aramando gives is that she spends a lot of time with Philbin. Armando is connecting dots that aren't there. And the relationship she has is one many people in her position have with the HC.
 
If Dawn Aponte becomes GM I will put my Dolphin gear in storage for the foreseeable future and stop watching...

Well in this case it's a legit question since we know she hasn't played or coached football at any level (unless she's a really rare exception) so yeah...

... I would want someone like Don Shula mentoring Philbin, not a woman who happens to be a Parcells disciple and to my knowledge has no experience outside of the front office.

Don Shula can barely wipe his own ass what makes you think he has any mentoring left at his fragile age let alone him spending time away (at his age) from his family to do such a thing?

Yeah, me too. I want the coaching staff and Ireland go away right now. And they better take Aponte with them. I've had enough. What a bunch of clowns and a disgrace of a team. I hope we win tonight but I don't believe we have the slightest chance with these idiots running the show.

She's likely mentoring Philbin on business, marketing, media, ect - and not on football. There are so many things going on in the organization that have nothing to do with football.

Of course he does, he interviews with the media daily, and plays part in being the spokesperson and figurehead of our team. How is that not marketing?

Because some people just don't want to accept reality and take it out on the messengers.
 
2 things:

1. Why can't the Dolphins just suck? Why does embarrasing situation after embarrassing situation have to come up in addition to sucking. This always seems to happen to Miami. Glimmer of hope followed by complete and total embarrasment that gets rival fans thinking, "at least we aren't the Dolphins". This was supposed to be the Jets, who would you rather be right now?

2. Why do finheaven posters give the media such a hard time when they report this stuff. We're all not stupid and see that the product on the field is garbage so why is this stuff that hard to believe? These clowns are obviously idiots so I believe anything I read about them COULD be true. The way Jeff Ireland took a GM's dream worth of cap space and draft picks and made the team worse in borderline miraculous.
