We drafted Tannehill 8th (he wouldn't go 8th in this draft) because he was available (would have been available in the 2nd-3rd).

Was he better...as an unproven commodity, I would like to say, "no!".

Was he (4 years-$12.68 million) more affordable than Henne (4 years $3.5 million)? No...he wasn't.

Was Tannehill less than 25 years old? Yes, but his other shortcomings wipe this off the slate.

Could Henne stay healthy behind our o-line? At the very least I can RESOUNDINGLY say, "YES!" Tannehill has missed 24/29 games.

By your logic..we shouldn't have moved on from Henne.

Yes, if we were shooting for a veteran QB...no, if we are drafting.
 
If Tannehill can come back from this injury soon, he has an opportunity to show not only his team and fans but the NFL world what he's made of. Can he take over and elevate the team? Or take over and same ol same ol? Either way it will answer some questions.

There is someone out there that prefers RT17 over Cam, Watson, Rivers, Garopp,Baker Rosen Smith. Has to be a joke
