Schefter: Dolphins harassment stretches all the way up to management

I saw the Schefter segment and it sounded like what he was saying is that Incognito harassed people in management, not that members of management had also harassed Martin. Remember it's already came out Incognito was reprimanded by the team for harassing somebody (perhaps multiple somebodys) in the organization.

I saw a different Schefter segment earlier today that would back up this reading of what he said. He reported that multiple members of the team and the organization had reached out to him to express their happiness that Incognito was gone and would have to face consequences.

Adam Schefter just said on ESPN that when the league begins investigating the Dolphins they will find that the Martin and Incognito fiasco is not the only case of harassment that they will find, apparently the harassment reaches up into the upper levels of management. Martin apparently also went AWOL during OTA's.

Ummm I'm not sure if you purposely misrepresented what was said, but ya not cool.

Also I believe Philbin in a roundabout way discussed what took place after Martin missing OTA's. Philbin essentially said he had many personal conversations with Martin, however never once did Martin bring up hazing or harassment.

Has nothing to do with denial it's the fact this story got blown way out of proportion by a bum reporter. I'm on neither Martins side nor Incognitos, they both should be rid of this franchise. Only side I'm picking is the Phins and this is negative publicity towards them.

Uhm. Have you stopped to consider that this is entirely calculated? It has nothing to do with 'being a *****.'

His lawyers released text messages and voicemails, and then they promptly clammed up again. They are letting the media run with it. It's a smart strategy. The only wild card here is the Dolphins owner, who may or may not decide to go ballistic on this at some point.

It's not that he's wrong, it's how he frames the story, it's that he gives parts of the story that highlight his POV. A reporter is not supposed to do that IMO. Darlington IMO is the BEST inside reporter in the business. He gives all the info. Schef should remember how he got the ESPN job, follow the facts.

I watched him several times explain last night and some this morning that the Dolphins knew of the voicemails and txt's. Implying they knew about it since June this year when Martin met with Philbin. He had to back track because one of the ESPN desk ppl that was interviewing asked him this morning, when did the Dolphins first find out about the voicemails and txts? He stumbled for a few secs and then had to give the full truth, not his biased one that he was giving for almost a full day.

It's obvious he has it out for Cog, and it appears he doesn't care who he has to run over to get Cog.
