Schein: Ross is clueless and Miami has the worst quarterback corps in the league

played in meaningless games in 2009: he was good
started day 1 2010: was awful
came in at 0-3 in 2011: was awful
at 0-7 and season over: he was good

Let's see what he can do from day 1 this year, I look forward to the excuses about him.

we didn't b/c we don;'t need a QB, you needed one.
Oh but you do! I cant see your front office giving Sanchez 2 or 3 more years to turn into a decent starter. I think if he dosnt show something this year he'll be cut or traded for a 5th rounder.

You act like he hasn't shown anything yet, he has shown plenty. He'd have to be really bad, like Daunte Culpepper Miami bad to even start to think about moving away from him.

I agree with ya on FOXSPORTS, we all know that the Browns are the biggest joke in the NFL

If Sanchez is Sanchez again this year, and the Jets go 6-10 and miss the playoffs, Sanchez will be shipped and Sexy Rexy might be out of a job...

what we do know is his only games under any amount of pressure he has been horrible. Car '10 and then last year where Miami still had a glimmer of hope. he wasn't under huge pressure as it had died down w/ the poor start but he had a chance to get them back int he race, if he plays like he did at 0-7 they get back in the race but he was brutal until they were out of it.

Which games? the Giant and Bronoc game? the game where he led Miami to 3 pts in the 2nd half? the Bronco game where he had TWO chances to win in OT and had the ball w/ under 6 mins left up 15 and couldn't get a 1st down?

I guess it was all a coincidence that he plays poorly when his teams have a chance and well when his teams do not.

What we also know is that he had a concussion week 1 in 2010 and was pulled after week 2 before being put back in at 0-5. He only played in 5 games. You do know that Carolina was 2-14 that year right? I'm sure the only reason he played poorly was because of the pressure and that Carolina being a horrible team had nothing to do with it. There are many reasons for poor QB play and you use them for Sanchez all the time, but they somehow don't apply for anyone else.

He was not horrible in his first 3 starts last year and played good enough to win 2 out of 3 of those games. They were up 15-0 with 5:00 to go in the 4th against Denver. They had a 17 to 10 lead against the Giants in the 4th. Could he have made more plays to seal the games, yes, but he is not the main reason they lost those games. Those are also his first 3 starts for a new team in a new system. There are more logical reasons for his poor play in 2010 than pressure.

Does anyone else here get the irony that Matt Moore is being called out for losing by 3pts to the eventual SB champions who were 4-2 at the time of the defeat, yet Sanchez, whose team was 8-6 and desperately needing to beat a then 7-7 team got pounded and lost by 15points. Sure Moore had one of his worst games: 58.5QBR, 13-22, 138yds, 0 TDs, 1 int in barely losing by a FG, but Sanchez stunk even worse: 54.2QBR, 30-59, 258yds (4.4yds per attempt), 1 TD, 2 Ints. Again he need that win against what was then a .500 team to stay alive, and once again he crapped the bed.

To me it's completely but characteristically disingenous taking Moore to task for barely losing on behalf of an 0-6 team in the 3rd game he started, but not admitting that where there was something on the line, the not-so-clutch Taco again crapped the bed.

He played game #1 and was horrible, he started and left game 2. he then missed 2 games before coming in during game 5 at Chicago and then starting game 6. Obviously it wasn't just pressure but faced w/ the pressure of being an opening day starter he flopped.

-He came in at 0-0 in SD and was horrible
-next week he started against us and was horrible
-he then started against Den and was mediocre at best, the D blew a 15 pt lead but w/ under 6 mins left Moore and the O had a 1st down, thy couldn't run any clock? quick 3 and out and the comeback was on. In OT he had TWO cracks at winning the game then fumbled to set up the GW FG for Den.
-at NYG had a very good 1st half, was awful in the 2nd half. Had multiple chances to tie or win in the 4th and he failed.

First off the jets didn't get pounded, you may want to watch games instead of looking at boxscores. It was a 6 pt game late, the Giants eventually got a safety and then scored a TD.

2nd, we got the Giants when they started playing great. When their D was healthy and playing like they would the next month, you got them early in the year when they were up and down

really bad like with numbers like ummm i dont know, 55 TDs 51 INTs , 17 Fumbles, 55.3% Completion, and a QB rating of 73.2 ? that kind of bad? oh wait i forgot stats dont count when they dont benefit your point, they are "fantasy numbers"

you are getting more desperate with each post to find excuses for Sanchez, now referencing Daunte Culpepper in his worst career year in order to make Sanchez look better..... deflecting and spinning at its best

You'll literally find any excuse to use to make the Dolphins out to be the bad guys while the Jets can't ever do anything wrong

Thats' actually not that bad especially considering 20 came in his rookie season and he's helped us get to 2 title games.

I was exaggerating a point, there's no way the jets are letting him go.

I apologize again if the facts bother you guys.

and then in the 4th Qtr: Sanchez scores on 1 yd run, 4 sacks, 12-25 and 91yds.. 1 score = FAIL (again)

We got the Giants when they were playing great at 4-2, you got them when they were 7-7 after they had just lost 23-10 to the then 4-9 Washington Redskins...and you were 8-6. Unless you're dyslexic, you mean that we got them while they were playing great, 4-2 and after beating us the beat the Pats, while the Jets and Sanchez desparately needed to win and got them while they were sputtering. Nice try spinning though.

I apologize if facts bother you. :idk:

He was terrible late in the year, where have I said otherwise? Those facst do bother me, our team sucked late in the year.
