DeCosta would be an excellent grab, unfortunately hes pretty much locked up by Baltimore. They have been desperately trying to keep him for when Ozzie retires.

Wouldn't hate Pioli. Whoever it is, one of the interview questions needs to be "What is your plan to lock up Brent Grimes?"
 
There is one guy out there, who has a good track record, who respects Joe Philbin, who would happily accept the situation here and chock full of good experience, who drafts character over talent. In other words, he wouldnt draft Dez Bryant.

His name is Bill Polian.
