I agree that Dave should step up and say exactly that. But he hasnt. He says he is going to play whomever gives us the best chance to win at that time, and that I think is a big mistake. Just a question because I am confused here on something. Why does Dave have to agree to anything ? Is Spielman not the GM now ? And does he not have complete control over who he wants to keep ? I thought Dave talked him into keeping Fiedler earlier in the year when Spiel wasgoing to trade him, did I miss something or misunderstand the situation ?
I see what you are saying now, thanks for the responce. I though Spiel Technically had all of the power, but I thought I had missed something. You are right as well, Spielman needs to take charge of this team if he is the one responsible for building it. Because him letting Fiedler stay could turn into a bomb in more ways than one. More team turmoil, switching QB's, etc..... Thanks again man !

Were definitely in the minority in that belief but I really feel keeping Jay was a mistake and one that Rick should'nt have given into.
We'll see what happens.
If Wanny won't back AJ enough hopefully the guy can play his way into the leadership role on his own quickly enough while still learning the ropes.

You got that right, Im hoping AJ lights the thing up like the 4th of July ! Or even better, like we did over Bagdad ! Good chatting with you tonight man ! I better roll though, its almost 1:30 here and Im getting old (Almost 40 ! LOL) Feeling like 70 !!! Take care, look forward to chatting again man !

If Feeley gets them the ball this week and delivers this will be a non issue. This is a big game for #2 in the season. Dolphins need a big win and I like their chances!

Jay Fiedler is so well-respected among teammates that numerous players approached to commiserate with him about his benching. Several aren't convinced A.J. Feeley will be an upgrade

Just a small blurb without names being mentioned
Makes you wonder about the intelligence of the players who did that.....how low are we falling?

time will tell, can't wait till Sunday to see the kid THROW some lazers

Anybody ever think maybe that stuff was said to motivate A.J.??? Kinda like a challange?? He has to lead the team to a win to get the support of the team. Fiedler has let the team to a winning season every year he has been here. A.J. is going to have to top that, he is going to have to take them to the playoff's.

I think that all he really needs to do to get this boat rocking is light up the scoreboard Sun night. This is his shot to get everything going on the right track. This offense has been held back for so long if we could put a big point number on the board I think it would help our D with some confidence in the offense and give our offense confidence.

I think a lot more that a win or a loss is weighing on this game. Hopefully its a night we just tear it up.
