I'm comfortable with changing a few responsibilities but if Sherman is actually in charge, then this stinks. No wonder the playcalling was so predictable and boring. Sherman was probably coaching his young son in law Zac Taylor to learn on the job playcalling.
Next question - if Sherman was effectively in charge, was Joe coerced to pay him from his own money? ie was it just power or was it power and a shakedown? It will be interesting to see if Mike just happens to be paid way above market rate.
Maybe Ireland is leaking to cause trouble, but if this is true, then it stinks. I'm mad as hell and not going to take it anymore.
