Shoulda Neva Been...holding!!!!

Which one?

Because 56 (Quentin Nelson?) has both of his hands securely holding the inside of our DL's shoulder pads through the arm hole, while 74 has both hands clutching the upper jersey of our RDE. Take your pick … holding everywhere. But that's to be expected away from home, and one of the reasons we needed to score another TD, like I was saying with 9 minutes left. Home cooking … we are always the ones who get burned, so we need to expect it. Shrug.

It's a clear hold. There's a ref in the shot looking straight at it so he obviously didn't think so. Why ?

I can’t even get mad about the holding. I was already at my boiling point that they were in that situation in the first place. The meltdown w the special teams mistake reminded me of the 2002 11 point blown lead at NE where we goofed up a pooched kickoff to set us up in basically the same spot, went three and out and punted NE into FG range right away.

The refs have been awful all season with not calling holds. Wake and Quinn have been held a lot without it being called. Really nothing new.

Incredibly weak argument. Offensive holding is called less than 2.5 times per game on average. So basically you are begging for an extreme outlier.

Here is that link. Scroll down a bit for calls per game in each category: https://www.besttickets.com/blog/nfl-penalties/

This is the penalty breakdown for this year. Dolphins are near the middle, per usual. I'm sure there will be whining about New England's low number of penalties and favorable net yardage:

Does that mean that it wasn't an obvious hold (2×)?

meh don't see it. They had the better QB tonight who made the play when it was go time. Tannehill played ok but Luck is way better IMO
