Shulters has productive visit

Im all for some competition at the FS spot. may the best man win between Tillman, Bell and Schulters (if we're smart enough to sign him). Vet Min + incentives for Lance sounds about right for a player of his age and ability.
 
It would be great if we can land this guy, but I have no idea about our cap issue. Can we afford him and sign our draft picks?

I agree that the primary emphasis should be on developing our own draft picks. However, there is nothing wrong with taking advantage of other team's cap mismanagement. If there is a talented player available that fits into your overall plan (including salary cap) then you would be a fool to ignore this player. Just because Tenn didnt find a way to get a contract done doesnt mean the guy isnt valuable. We didnt find a way to get a contract done with Surtain....does that mean he's worthless?
