Sick Offense If all hold True!

I read somewhere that he was down to around 185 lbs. Thats not just a little weight, thats 40 lbs. 40 lbs is not that easy to regain, no matter what shape you are in. Well I take that back with all fried food washed down with your choice of alcoholic beverage at every meal, you could put on 40 lbs.

That's unusual I always thought weed gave you the munchies. Wouldn't taking a year off to get hish, a steady diet of Taco Bell and Keebler cookies make you gain 40 lbs, not lose it???

We would go from being a God awful offense to one of the best offenses in the league. There is no way an offense can bust if it has this much talent.Could you imagine defenses try to game plan on us.We have Chambers,Boston,McMichael,Booker,Ricky & Ronnie our o-line is going to be good this year and there is no way QB can fail if he is surrounded by so much talent.Defense wont know how to plan for us how sick would that be.

You're forgetting a couple of things...........We DON'T Have Ricky yet, and even if he comes back, who's to say he will be any good now????(He's got to be Rediculously out of shape!!) But anway, lets say Ronnie becomes the next L.T. we still have huge question marks at OL, and QB. I totally agree that the O-line will be much improved, but I didn't think it was possible for them to be as bad as they were last year either. Now, As far as the QB position goes.......Nobody here really knows how that's going to pan out, and a QB CAN fail while surrounded by this much talent, many have done it........See Kurt Warner his last couple of years in St. Louis

I can't believe that nobody else has read/heard this. And IT IS possible to lose that much weight over 18 months of doing nothing. It takes most guys their whole lives to get into the right shape to play in the NFL, and doing a lot of the wrong things it could only take a few months to get out of it. It is MUCH, MUCH, MUCH easier to get out of shape, than it is to get INTO shape!!!!

Chambers and Booker and Boston can't compare to Holt and Bruce that year? Holt and Bruce combined for 1900 yards receiving and 18 tds. Last year with a horrible offense Chambers and Booker combined for around 1900 yards and 15 tds. Throw in Bostons average yearly output when healthy (knock on wood) of over 1000 yards and 5.5 tds a year and that makes for some pretty comparible numbers, don't you think?

I'm pretty sure it was more like 1500 yd and 8 tds

Quarterback is the key! A loaded pistol without a shooter is useless!

Tie a cord from the trigger all the way to sideline on linehans finger and Saban's foot...

That QB will get a kick in the *** if they dont perform and we might see Sage in there we all saw last year that he has arm strenght and some sense on how to play the position with more reps he could be decent

Not to rain on your parade but let's not forget we do have A.J. Feeley as our starting QB. I ain't giving up on him yet but he hasn't shown me **** as of yet.

Why average? I think we have made a ton of improvements from last year. Most importantly, in the coaching department (Linehan and Houck compared to what we had last year)

I agree... with all this talent (with Boston and Ricky added), and the big upgrades in coaching, we will be FAR above average. We're talking powerhouse.

Thats true but they both have good arms, innanycase we will have a very ggod offense Our WR corp will spread ouy The D, and Take pressure off of Ronnnie or Ricky (hopefully Ronnie)

guys we're talking about the dolphin's offense right? give this team time to gel, maybe next year a powerhouse, but not right out of the gate.

Wow. Having Ricky, Ronnie and Kay Jay would be astonishing for this franchise this season. They would all share time on the field at RB with Ronnie probably doing what he did in Auburn by moving all over the field, more than likely putting him at the FB position in those "X" factor roles.

All would remain fresh throughout the season and throughout games which is huge when playing the Patriots rotatiing defense.

It would be great to have those 3 but right now, that's all it is, a "would be" situation.

Who knows what Ricky is really thinking.

Of all the things you listed the only sure thing is McMichael.

Chambers has skill but disappears to often. If he has another average season its not going to put you over the edge.

Booker is nice, but has been average since 02.

Boston was once dominant, but has been riddled with injury (roids) since 01.

Ricky...he could be a force, but does it warrent taking PT from you're 2nd overall pick for a guy who quit the team and who is, realisticly, coming back for financial reasons?

Ronnie Brown...jury is out on him, he could be very good, but we won't know until the season.

The O-Line, who knows? Houck should help, a year together will help, but they were horrible last year. You don't go from horrible to "best in the league" because of a coach.

Obviously everything could fall into place, but to think that one of the worst O's in the league is gonna be the best is silly.

Our OL and QB play has got to be improved from last year for us to have any kind of shot at turning this thing around. Opposing teams will just pick up where they left off last year blitz blitz blitz.

no way. You don't lose muscle mass that quick. I could see twenty but there is no way 40. He would have to be dying from aids to loose that much weight that quick. Some good food choices and an off season of working out will bring him right back up to playing shape. This is going to be a good season.

Wow, if you read the front page of Finheaven.com it says that Ricky Williams weighs 195 lbs. approx 40 lbs below his playing weight  ....where did I see that???
