The arguments that Tim will develop into a proficient NFL passer are some of the worst arguments I have ever heard. No one drafts a skills position player without the skills to play the position. You know what happens to fast guys that can't catch? They play defense. You know what happens when you have a RB that can't run? He's a Fullback. What happens when you have a QB that can't pass? Apparently, you revert to a simpler option based running offense and play 1950's football. He's way behind the curve passing the ball and the time it will take to get him up to speed could have been spent on someone who already has the ability he hopes to develop. His deficiencies as a passer is not only stifling his own development as an NFL player, but the players around him. How are his WR's suppose to get better getting 8 passes a game? For every "great" throw Tim has made, I've seen 3 that sailed over peoples heads, hit the ground 5 yards short, or is so wide that it's actually helping him keep his INT numbers down. He's missing players by such a large margin, not even the defense has a chance to get to the ball.
