Some coaches aren't happy with Mike Wallace

I hope Wallace gets on the same page with Tannehill and has a monster season to shut everyone up.

Dont count on it... Wallace has Zero football IQ.... He doesnt understand anything thats not a go...

Being able to freelance in Pittsburgh prevented him from learning the nuances of the position....the result is poor route runner that struggles to read defenses. Such a poor fit for the WCO....

I dont think our interest in drafting a WR has anything to do with Wallace's tenure being cut short. It has more to do with the other guys imo.

you guys spend so much time bashing writers speculating about Wallace trades and bashing the writers but there has been too much smoke around this guy. It may end up being nothing but clearly they haven't been happy with him. It may be just trying to light a fire under him but that writer wasn't just making something up.

Nobody is bashing the writer here, you're confiusing this with an Omar piece

Could be...I like Hartline, Gibson and Matthews, but I also believe that the position can be upgraded much cheaper...

I understand that but I have seen people ripping La Confora over the speculation for a while now. That was what I was referring to.
I believe JLC was ripped for reporting that the Dolphins were shopping Wallace. With a huge cap hit for Miami and a $17 million price tag for the new team, it's a pretty dumb idea. It's almost as dumb as his story about them shopping Jordan.
I don't doubt for a second that the coaches are unhappy with Wallace, they should be but a trade is not happening this year. Next year is different story, though...

I doubt it. Even if we trade him next year we are still looking at about $7 million in dead money due to the acceleration of his signing bonus. He would have to be a MAJOR distraction to the team in 2014 for them to justify eating $7 million in cap to get rid of him. Wallace may not be worth his contract, which isn't really his fault, but he's no Brandon Marshall headcase.

Miami has plenty of cap room, I have seen many crazy stories come true over the years. Again, it may have been Miami trying to light a fire but these guys don't just make stuff up. They get fed a lot of info.

If Wallace doesn;t have 1200 yards and 12 TD's next year it may be time to move on at 2 positions if you catch my drift. That's about what Wallace is being paid to do but as we all know he needs a catchable deep ball to do it. Actually it seems like he needs a perfect dep ball which is no good anyway.
