Looks like Saban is starting to tilt the playing field in Feeley's direction.

Check this quote.....

See it?? Clear as day ini't?? Can't get no plainer than that, right?

What? You don't see it???

c'mon...it's right there in front of you...

Look at the end...last sentence....It all comes down to who can go out and execute in a game.....IN A GAME.

That no longer means that we are looking for who makes the least amount of mistakes in practice.

Saban's previous comments have lead people to believe that Feeley's poor practice play would get in the way of his retaining the starting job, without him actually saying that. This new stance leads people to believe that problem should no longer stand in AJ's way.

Frerottes' advantage of Feeley being a poor practice player is erased. Cleanly circumsized from the equation and Saban is the one that changed the "rules" to make it happen. Look how it says he's "concerned" about making a decision before either guy has played in a game, that's because he's knows that AJ is a gamer and he's not going to see his best play until the lights go on. He's heard all the same things about AJ that the rest of us have heard and now he's changing the criteria....Why?? Because he doesn't want to "make an evaluation that might not be fair to someone else"....Who could that "somone else" be? The guy with the rep as a bad practice player or the one without that rep??

Crystal clear.... he's leaning towards AJ.

LMAO....... you are seriously, SERIOUSLY reaching here.......LoL. It all comes down to who can go out and execute in a game, who's to say that this statement doesn't favor Frerote??? Afterall Frerote has had MUCH better performances in games than Feeley ever has. I just REALLY REALLY think your reaching waaaaaay too far with this one, It seems like it's still a QB competition, and a starter will be picked after a preaseason game or two where in the heck do you get that this favors feeley???

Ha ha ha! Oh gosh that's funny! That's really funny! Do you write your own material? Do you? Because that is so fresh. You are the weakest link goodbye. You know, I've, I've never heard anyone make that joke before. Hmm. You're the first. I've never heard anyone reference, reference that outside the program before. Because that's what she says on the show right? Isn't it? You are the weakest link goodbye. And, and yet you've taken that and used it out of context to insult me in this everyday situation. God what a clever, smart girl you must be, to come up with a joke like that all by yourself. That's so fresh too. Any, any Titanic jokes you want to throw at me too as long as we're hitting these phenomena at the height of their popularity. God you're so funny!
Sheez, relax. looks like Socal was right. You are getting delusional.

If Feely executes in games like he did last year, he will be executed by Saban.........

You "really really" think that I'm reaching "waaaaaay" too far??

my interpretation would be:

he will start who does better in the pre season games....because practice hasnt treated either of them good

There is no favoritism showed in the article in any way. These seems to be one if InFin's humorus ways to make fun of posters who read fortunes out of a singlescripted sentence.

ex. "we'll pick the best player on draft day" was interpreted as
1. best player available (six paragraphs later) .... thats braylon edwards
2. The best player we need at this time..... Cue in six pages of alex smith or Rodgers talk.

good sense of humor.
