I am switching modes at this point in the season, acknowledging this team isn't great by any means, but we're still in a position to go 10-6 and get in the playoffs. Sure, it's been super disappointing this season, but I'm not ready to give up.

It's how we got to 3-4 that gives me little hope for this team, coaching staff, and front office. If a 3-4 team started out 1-3 or 0-4 and made it to 3-4, that's totally different and you're talking about a team with good momentum, which isn't the case for us. We started out great and have gotten worse every week. That's not a recipe for the postseason.

I hate that we are living through another wasted season, but if it gets us closer to jettisoning Jeff Ireland, then it won't be a total loss.

I will be as happy as anyone if we get to 10-6, but I'm sure not getting my hopes up. Not after the Pats spotted us 2 TD's and then kicked our butts.

I see 9 - 7 but, there may be one win more or one loss more. We'll see.

117, the Ravens didn't kick our ass at all. They only won because we got jobbed by the refs on 2 or 3 BS PI calls in the 3rd quarter. Until that point we were clearly the better team. That doesn't mean I don't get your point. We can seem to finish against anyone. Such a downer already after the 3-0 start. I swear God hates us.
