Some truth on Victory Monday

For many here, nothing new, but great to see it screen by screen, and for other something to pay attention to, this guy does a great job showing us why Tua is the real deal...

That was a beautiful example of the elite trait(s) that one needs to possess to qualify as a franchise QB in the NFL. Tua may not have the size, speed, or strength as some of the top tier guys, but he is truly becoming one of the best at manipulating defenses while refining his accuracy and anticipation. Right before our eyes. How’s that for elite traits, Douchepatrick?

And Tua seems to play his best in crunch time with his 4th quarter stats, 3rd down conversions and red zone tds. That's a big trait for top qbs. The intangibles are just as or more important than physical traits

Soooooo Tua is not going to get me the big fantasy points like Lamar and Allen??

Bust

Anyone still hating on Tua is having a hard time right now.

Depends

Some just disappear on message boards refusing to give Tua credit

Media has to meet their public on a daily and weekly basis - shock sells according to guys like Simms who said Glibbly he Rated Zach Wilson ahead of Lawrence just because no one else would

Then Simms doubles down against Tua each year for no reason because he simply wants to be so damn right he thinks everyone will forgive his shock takes

I wonder what Chris Simms is saying about Tua now? He was a bad QB and analyst.

What made him so good? Was he really accurate? A gunslinger? Or just really smart with the football? He was before my time.
He not only was a master of the WC system as far as knowing exactly what the defense was likely to do in any situation and how to attack it, he was also "money" under pressure, when the lights were brightest.

If you have a chance, watch his "It's a Football Life" episode. In fact, if you are interested in the stories of some of the all time greats, you would enjoy that entire series (available on You Tube).

This is exactly one of the things I noticed about Tua from the beginning, he really becomes more dangerous in crunch time. The 4th quarter he will be money no matter what he needs to do.

It's a good QB. TRAIT to start a game well consistently, but it's a special QB trait to be able to end games well consistently.

If some of fans here that remember Dan Marino remember, he was just like Tua, there was a chance that he did not start fast, but as the game went along, he got better, and by the 4th quarter, if. It came to shootout, Dan was not going to fail...Tua just has that 4th quarter fire in him that make him a beast the later it gets in a game. Don't be surprised if some time in his career, Tua and the dolphins find themselves in a ridiculous situations like in the 4th quarter with only 1 or 0 Timeouts left....

- behind by 10 or more points with little more then 2 min left to come back.

-7 points behind with less then a minute.

-Less 40 sec left, down by a FG.

And he finds a way to get it done. Man has the heart of a warrior.
