If you are gonna be clueless as to what's going on with the Fins front office then don't comment. How about Tom Garfinkle, Dan Marino, and Hickey who people seem to be happy with right now. And as it looks right now JT isn't too far away from joining.

Jason Taylor has always seemed like a guy with a good head on his shoulders. A guy who actually has a brain and a commanding presence.
 
JT left the Dolphins after 1-15 for the Redskins only to come crawling back after 11-5 and then ditched us again for the Jets. **** Jason Traitor.

I'm clueless because I don't agree with the masses. What exactly does Marino do. Ross has done a poor job thus far. I think you might be the clueless one. Although I guess u were a fan of extending guys not getting the job done. Don't worry though philbins extension is coming.

You made a statement that he's hired no one. I just corrected you and gave you at least 3 examples. Whether they can do the job or not he's hired people to make a difference. Too early to judge them. You stand corrected
 
I don't stand corrected .he hired philbin. He rehired sparano. He rehired Ireland. I stand corrected only if you can prove these were good hires that outweigh the bad and you can't. Nice try though. Funny how you give him so much credit for hiring a gm after the people he really wanted declined. He may accidently be right lol.
 
What has JT ever done to even remotely deserve a shot at being a coach? Or a GM, or any decision making capacity on the team? Better make him an asst to the asst because this team can't take another failed attempt at anything. Be sure before you do something you can't fix.
 
Love JT and all but what is he going to do for this team?

Nice figure head, Fins legend, blah blah blah.... can he scout? can he coach? can he GM?

Make him Dion Jordans full time coach/babysitter/motivational speaker....I guess :idk:

He was traded to Washington. Should he have retired instead of played for the team Miami dictated he play for?
