I'm not sure Chad Greenway is much better than Trusnik. He used to be a good player, but the past couple years has really declined.
I hope AP's not suspended long... he may have went overboard but it's clear he wasn't trying to be ABUSIVE. If he wasn't famous, it wouldn't be an issue.
I'vs worked in the child welfare field for 10years, supporting families and children that have been victims of abuse and find comments like this extremely ignorant and oppressive... I realize this is your forum as well and u can speak your mind, but u may want to carefully think before posting a comment such as this. The child is a victim of abuse and to be indicted on child abuse charges the evidence has to be strong. A strong argument could be made that this as as bad or worse than the Rice situation. Either way the lasting effects of abuse and trauma suffered by children, women and families is horrendous, and cyclical... This behaviour and attitudes surrounding the behaviour needs to change. AP struck the child repeatedly with an object... That is intentional, and is abuse. And to be clear fame has nothing to do with his situation. These situations happen far too much on a daily basis. If you work in the field you know how insidious and how difficult it is to manage child a use and domestic violence. I can guarantee u as well that this is not the first time AP has abused his children, orRice had hit his wife... They just got caught
Everyone on a football field is an injury risk. It's the NFL, former players are dying at 50. Lamar Miller is an injury risk, Damien Williams is an injury risk. I'm guessing you got my point.

First off, he has not been suspended yet. He can't play this week because he is in Texas turning himself in. Secondly, regardless of whether he is famous or not, beating a 4 year old is a digusting act of cruelty, a crime that many non-famous people are arrested for daily. If he wasn't famous, he probably would have been reported sooner. Have you read the article of the damage he did to that innocent boy and the comments he texted to the boy's mother? He deserves to be thrown out the league. So many young children look up to these "men". Disgrace of a man to do that to a child, and the supporters of his actions are just as bad as he is. To say he wasn't trying to be abusive is ridiculous. He went outside, got a large stick, took off the leaves, and beat the crap out of that kid.
The NFL is about everything but football.
Get real.
I worked with CINC during college. Some of those kids lacked discipline.
Here's a question. Does AP have a record of being a violent person? Any violent priors? Cookie cutter absolute s don't work in these situations.
You seen the pictures? Kid has bruises and lacerations. No excuse for what he did.
Are u a parent? If so how do u discipline ur children? Beating them bruised and bloody ok? Cause that's what AP did. Either ur ok with this discipline, or u have no concept of the pain and trauma kids endure due to physical abuse
