No prizes? That's cool, I was just in it for the fun. Now give me hell and bash... er critique my team, thanks!

yeha i would really like to know what you guys thought of me as a GM and what i did with the team please critique me so i can be a better GM for next year

I realize that I (the Vikings) did add a few veterans instead of using the draft route, I did this because I believe that the Vikings are in position for a Super Bowl Run and I wanted to make sure that I give them enough firepower to do that. I don't believe that Vikings have ever won a Super Bowl and I feel that their fans deserve one.

Redskins: Good job, definate increase in talent on both sides especially defence. It was a nice cut down on price through the trade and bringing in more talent through FA. You should definatley improve on Washington's top ranked D from last year. Offensively you brought in a Vet QB and a rookie to learn which is perfect. While a WR was drafted I would have liked to see a better #1 then Coles or at least a #2 that could have taken pressure off of Coles. The rest of what I say is all my personal opinions and should not be taken into account if you do not agree and should not be read if you have not voted yet. Portis will continue to struggle and I think he is totally overrated, I think you could have used him, much like I used Vick to get more then what he was worth. The O-line I think had to improve if you want a running game with Portis. I loved Ramsey even at his price I would have not let him go but I think 90% of people here would disagree with me. Finally I would have gone more offensive in FA and draft, Redskins had a great year on D last year and it is important to keep you d strong but I would have preferred a Jonas Jennings, or big receiver over Bell or other pick-ups *My opinion top 3 pick

Raiders:Starting with trades, Liked the Sapp trade he is a waste on a large amount of coin IMO and its good you could get what you can, Wong I think was going to be released if you did not trade for him and I thought he should have been released and signed for half what he is making, not near enough for Curry or Gallery in both situations you are given young players who are far more proven and skillled then the picks you are going to get. Derrick Johnson same I know you got a crap load of pick but not enough for him, none of the picks you got will be near as good. Fa you did fine, I see you went complete opposite way of the real team as you gained a strong O-line and a good back and decided to grind out wins instead of taking it to the air. With you team your defence improved with Lucas signing but the most obvious struggles will be at WR and QB, I expect bottom of the league in passing. Defence will do much better then the real team but offence it will be hard to get for ya. On the other hand you had massive draft and picked up some players that will help you for years but you sort of messed that up when you got rid of your best young talent to get so many picks. Overall not terrible but not great.

Me the Atlanta Falcons- My feelings of my team, I did some things with my team I never saw by any other GM. First was release and re-sign. Many of my higher priced players I never wanted to get rid of but they were to pricey for me so I released them and then re-signed them for cheaper. Won or broke-even on every single trade. Great FA pick-ups that fixed my holes. Re-united Moulds and Price I thought was huge, I also believe I improved or stayed the same at every position. Finally I improved while getting younger, few teams had more picks then I did and I put them in positions where they could learn from top notch starters. I have only one rookie starting and thats Thomas Davis who I think everyone knows is capeable of starting but I also added Boulwear next to him and got a vet as back up to help. Same at guard were I picked up the top ranked in the draft but have a vet behind just in case. The lone problem at my team is D-line despite improving it hugely, I would have preferred a high DT draft pick behind my stars but I couldn't get one. But my starting D-line is as good as any in the league. If anyone can find a fault in my GMing I would like to critiqued because I spent alot of time finding the perfect players for my team and doing whatever I could to get them. Every position has a suitable back-up and where I had veteran talent I brought in rookies (Safety,Linebacker,DE,O-line) and where I had young talent I brought in seasoned vets (RB, TE, CB and sort of LB again). Thanks for reading

real interesting as how i asked to be critiqued and the first thing you do is count 59 players....hmmmm anyway i made the cuts to comply it was an oversite

I was checking cap and roster numbers. I'll do rundown of your team a little later and let you know what I think.

My take on the Redskins

First off, I like McNair as your qb. $7mil is a lot, but he's worth every penny if he stays healthy. I'm not sure what you did with Ramsey but Orton is a great developmental qb and has the potential to have a successful career. You have plenty of talent at wr and key additions in Gandy and Colmer will make Portis even more dangerous. I'm more impressed with your defense. Your LB's are arguably the best in the gm league. A great addition in Rogers to solidify a solid secondary. The only negative thing I see is how much you spent on some of your free agents. $10.5 mil combined on Bell and McNair alone and they were both on injured reserve last season. Not to mention, both are always bothered by constant injuries. Nonetheless, they are good enough to live up to the money if they stay healthy and McNair will play through an unimaginable amount of pain. Good job with your team. You filled you biggest weaknesses and have also added some good depth

Jags are interested in hearing some opinions. Since it was an up and coming team, I didn't see the need to make wholesale changes. Wanted to improve on the ends of both lines and felt that I did so adding Khalif Barnes, Bubba Franks, OGun and Hayward. Added a solid starting CB in Henry and a solid young RB with loads of potential in Marion Barber III to come up behind Fred Taylor. Would have liked to have done more at WR, but I think that with Reggie Williams, Reggie Brown, and Ernest Wilford coming up underneath Jimmy Smith, there's the potential to be a solid unit this year and an oustanding unit in the not so distant future. Franks will help take pressure off of both Leftwich and the young receivers. Didn't want to mess with the core of the defense too much as the two DTs Henderson and Stroud form one of the best tandems in the league, and the LB core is a good mix of good veterans and young up and comers. Peterson's a pro bowl type player, and Ayodele and Daryl Smith are 2nd and 3rd year players respectively with loads of potential. I would have liked to add a little more depth here, but as I missed part of the draft towards the end I wasn't able to do so. That's what I was thinking, let me know what you think.

JAredd Mann thank you for the critique and for your opinion...i wouldnt have minded giving portis up because Betts is a good player and he can get me 1000 plus all purpose yards...but i never got a good deal for either and i did get offers for both... and you dont think Antonio Bryant is a good number 2?? he is a number one Calibur player and i also have Taylor Jacobs from Florida and Danarian McCants and i drafted Mathis out of Hampton who ran under 4.4 40 at the combine. i believe that my receiving corps wont underachieve like he did in years past

Does anyone have some praise/criticism on my job as Carolina Panthers GM?

Your qb situation is good. A proven vet and a promising rookie to develop. Lefors may not have the size but his skills may be enough to make him successful. R.Johnson was a great FA pick up. The wr core is okay but lacking a quality #1 receiver. At least your running game will improve from a league worst last year. I really don't like how you traded two of your best young talents in Gallery and Grove. I'm also not sure how A.Terry will do as a starting rookie LT.
On defense, nice job assembling that d-line. Hall will be a stud and S.Cody was a solid pick. I see you converted from a 3-4 to a 4-3. Why? You have the personel for a 3-4. Wilkerson is like 340lbs and would be great fit at NT with Cody playing DE. Either way, your defense will be better, I was just wondering why you switched. Linebackers are improved but I didn't like how you gave a 2nd rd pick up for Wong, especially at $3mil. Overall, a lot of improvement.
You had a good draft and did really well in free agency. Some questionable trades but you did aquire a lot of talent.
