And if Tannehill ends up being good in 4 or 5 years when is contract is up he can flip the team the bird and walk. And if they franchise him he can refuse to sign a new deal and keep getting 20% raises on top of the franchise tag number. Way to start a relationship off on a bad foot Miami! lol Way to mess with and screw over a guy you took 8th overall.
And if you don't think that is EXACTLY what's going through the mind of Tannehill's agent tonight, you are naive! He's thinking of getting payback on these guys and this organization and just waiting his time hoping for the chance.
And this isn't me being negative in anyway, its being realistic! Hopefully time heels all wounds, but sometimes it doesn't! So be prepared down the road for another battle IF Tannehill ends ups being good.
If that is the way the agent feels then he won't be an agent very long. LOL if every agent got upset when a GM tried to get the best deal for their team there wouldn't be many agents around. There is ZERO chance that the agent is "UPSET" that both he and Ireland successfully accomplished their task. Ireland did the right thing and should be commended that he got it done so fast. I don't care if Tannehill missed two weeks it still had to be done.
If the agent holds such a obsurd grudge Tannehill should fire him, if Tannehill agrees with the agent, the dolphins should cut him now, because he will be nothing but trouble from now on.
