The OP makes some good points and so does Langer although I think he's got the arm strength when he sets his feet.
My take is with so many misses it a head thing by now. Matt Moore (for example) sees a receiver breaking behind coverage and gets excited knowing he's gonna hit him in stride for the easy TD.
I think Ryan may be thinking oh **** , I gotta make this throw. Once he hits a couple in a game and gets the monkey off his back this should change. We're still waiting for that to happen.
He definitely has the arm strength, remember how frustrated we were with him overthrowing Wallace last year? The trajectory on some of this passes appears to be a major problem. Threw a perfect pass to Sims game one and a good pass to Hartline game two but they seem to be the exception more than the rule.
