Tanny > Matty Ice

Stop, you have above average offensive talent around the QB. You spent $100 mil plus to upgrade this offseason, he doesn't get the "no talent" excuse.

"Tannehill has had games with little talent around him and successes." Junc a little reading, where does this line say anything about this year? The Dolphins severely lacked offensive talent last year and Tannehill succeeded 7 times. Now with similar talent Ryan will likely do worse. Not to mention Miami spent money to try to upgrade there offense but Gibson and Keller are gone so we pretty much have last years offense swap Wallace for Bess minus Fasano and Bush. Not much different after injuries.

Nice try grabbing at straws but you failed masterfully as you typically do. Im sorry you do not understand what the definition of an upgrade is. Fact is that we have no upgrades from this year to last for the facts I stated in my other post.

Also as it relates to your post, the Jets whole OL has another year under their belts so with that they are all upgrades. Same with Steven Hill. He is also an upgrade from last years version of Steven Hill.

Please feel free to show that Jets IQ some more. It makes all of us laugh even harder at you.

if you don't think you have upgraded I don't know what to tell you.

we have a rookie in our OL so how does the whole OL have a year under their belt? and our OL is a lot better than last year.

Stephen Hill hasn't developed, just merely having another year doesn't guarantee but Hartline has improved. How could he not? he was good last year and this year he actually has other players to take attention away from him. The #s may not be as good but he's a better player.

where are these examples of success w/ little talent around him?

I see the resident crybaby/excuse maker/homer has joined in to ruin another thread.

When Tannehill takes his team to the playoffs I'll start to compare him to guys like Natty Ice.

We're going to see overthe next 6 games EXACTLY what Tannehill is.

After which there will be no excuses, or questions left to decipher. Either he can get it done or he can't.

I don't care about stats. Just make plays. Win games.

miami definitely has upgraded from last year...good grief we has bess and hartline as our top 2 wrs...and fasano as the top tight end...

dcs were scared to death ha ha...

but hartlines the same player he was last year no difference there mathews was on the roster last year we didn't upgrade he just FINALLY got an opportunity gibson was an upgrade in the slot from a playmaking and red zone aspect but with mathews getting a chance that seems to be offset for the most part...miller doesn't run thru contact and leaves long yard tds on the field so far this season but he does take what you give him and i like that...daniel thomas looks the best he's looked ever as a ball carrier...clay got more opportunities and he's taken advantage of them but hes also a major benefactor from the attention wallace gets...

our wr core right now with gibby as in our top 4 is probably a little better than average the emergence of mathews really helps...our tight end core is still ehhh...sims has no pass receiving upside egnew will never win against coverage at this level but his blocking has at least made him rosterable now...clay is carrying this unit

2nd year qb still learning offense headed towards full out no huddle...offense actually may have caught up with this defense from a more dependable stand point but that's heavily a function of poor lb play...

i trust this o to score when we got to have it more than i trust this d to stop anyone even with our oline issues right now

next year wouldn't surprise me if o carries us all year...especially if we don't do something about this lb core

You dont have to tell me anything because we although we upgraded just 3 offensive positions in the offseason (Gibson, Keller, Wallace), we currently are not playing with any of those upgrades aside from Wallace. Thats the indesputable fact. So with that being said, aside from Wallace, this is the same exact team as last year. Not sure why you cant understand that as it explained to you in child like terms.

I see, so in your situation, your quote doesnt apply. Damn man this is waaaay to easy for me.

Oh, and just to prove how wrong you are again, because its so easy to do and I love doing every time I talk to you: in 2013 through 12 games Hartline has 48 receptions for 599 yards and 2 TD's, through 11 games in 2012 he had 60 receptions for 891 yards and 1 TD. So aside from the awesome 1 TD increase, you tell me where you see his numbers improving from 2012 to 2013? So, I guess if I were NYJUNC I would look at these numbers and say to myself, "well, he has less receptions and yards, but 1 more TD, so he is definitely a better player this year than last year".

stephen hill is a bust.

So is Geno Smith

So is Geno Smith

his one great game at AZ skews those #s.

2012 #s: 74 recs, 1083 yds, 1 TD
prorated 2013 #s: 77 recs, 958 yds, 3 TDs

It's not all about the #s, they have more options this year so it is natural for his #s to go down but they are up in recs and TDs and down in yds. He's better, your weapons are better.

Wallace is a HUGE upgrade.
Miller getting more carries
hartline w/ another year of experience and another WR to take attention away from him
Gibson was playing really well
Clay has been good
Matthews has played really well

You had ok talent a year ago, you significantly upgraded.
I wouldn't say significant. only two guys on this list were added and one is on IR. plus, they replaced 2 Pro Bowlers on offense with 2 second year players that had, at best, limited success up to that point.

Bottom Line:

someone who
*asserts his team from the 09 7-7+ charity through '11 was "Elite"
**contends that the QB with stats that rival JaMarcus and the most turnovers in the last 4 years was ever a "top 10 franchise QB" ("we have our franchise QB, we don't need to draft ***another (Geno) as late as the draft) (27th statistically but Top 10)
****wouldn't trade Sanchez for even 2 firsts, let alone any QB in the league except Rodgers, Brady, PManning, Big Ben
*****Argues that it's only wins that matter except when it comes to faulting everyone else BUT (pardon the pun) his favorite QB for losing most of the 13 out of 19 games in '11-'12; finally having to admit he was bad, but then thinks there's no need to draft another QB with a high round pick. Go figure :idk:

has proven himself to be about as objective as Baghdad Bob and as skilled in evaluating QBs as Stevie Wonder :idk:

what 2 pro bowlers? your LT and who? none of the skill guys made a PB. Your talent was significantly upgraded, it may not be as good now as it was coming into the season based on injuries(we all have them) but it's still better than last year w/o a doubt.

Reggie Bush?

so all these skill position guys are playing well but the qb gets no credit according to junc...no credit for running the top scoring o in the red zone in football or surpassing his 2012 td total passing in 10 games in 2013...

that's fair...for me to poop on
