I had seen interviews from a few beat writers so I was wondering if Lem would stay. General consensus seemed to be a nice guy who was just put in a position way over his head
I guess the team needed a blocking dummy
He needs to just soak up as much information as he can so he can learn how to really coach.

Not for nothing, Lem went from being the only guy coaching the OL to like #4 or 5 in line. Doesn't that tell you how bad our offensive coaches were last year? This is where the guy should be, assistant to a real OL coach.
