It is possible to have Miami in the playoffs next year. If the team chooses to make them one and not part with key players making lateral movies with no improvement. No reason they could not just look to improve. We shall see!

Look at it this way..Brady and Peyton only have two ,three (at max)years left...The physical toll will start to show in the next year or so...
Now..if the year after Brady leaves..New England lucks into a Andrew Luck situation..then I call BS on the NFL.

Perfect example is this. There was a rumor Spikes was put on IR for missing Fridays practice. Regardless of whether or not that is true lets pretend that it is. Now let's say Dannell Ellerbee missed practice prior to a playoff game and he was punished by being put on IR. We all know whatever LB that stepped in for him would be eaten up and spit out. He would likely be the biggest goat in the game. Well the Pats do it and their guy Collins was the best player on their defense last night. It's just crazy!

I agree, but I'm not sure that happens. They've been grooming Ryan Mallet for that for a little while now. He'll probably just start his tenure with superstar rule already in effect.
