I know people hate considering players that are freshly released by another team, but Kerryon Johnson seems like a nice fit at rb. Former high draft pick, still young and could be had a decent price. Not looking at him to solve all of Miami's rb needs, but he would be a nice addition for camp to compete with Gaskin, Ahmad, Brown, Doaks Laird and Scarlett. I actually think they would release Scarlett if they signed Johnson.

Multiple knee injuries and just hasn't looked the same as a runner since. He's very good as a pass blocker and not a bad receiver for a RB, but just not explosive anymore.

It appears that anytime another team cuts a player they think isn’t good enough for their team, there are always posters on here who think that players is better than the players on the Dolphins roster.
‘Johnson is not better than Brown, Gaskin, or Ahmed and I would rather go with Doaks and Laird than sign Johnson. Perhaps if they are planning to keep 6 RB’s on the roster, Johnson would be a decent practice squad player in case the 5 better RB’s are injured.
