right and the nets aren't chokers they got crushed in the finals back to back barely even put up as fight

First off at least they made which is something Miami has never done. Secondly they did get crushed by a GREAT Laker team in 2002 but the 2003 series against SA was a very competitive series which SA won in 6.

So losing back to back finals, winning two games total, isn't choking but an injury plagued Heat team losing in 7 to a healthy Detroit, the defending champs, who took the champs that year to 7 games, is choking? :sidelol:

Come on man, you can do better than that.

Losing to a much better team in 2002 is not choking, going 6 games and playing a great SA team tough is not choking. Losing Game 7 on your home floor is choking.

Detroit is and was a great team. A team that took the "great" Spurs you speak of to more games than you could. And we took them to 7. I don't know where you get off saying that getting swept by a "great team" one year and getting taken down AGAIN by a "great team" the next isn't choking, but taking a "great team" to seven games, with your two best players hurt, is choking. Get real.

and we took them to a Game 7 on THEIR floor w/ an injured Jason Kidd 2 years ago and that team WON the NBA Title.

So I guess by your definition that Nets team was a bunch of chokers, huh?

Congrats you swept a depleted Nets and Wizards team! That means the heat aren't chokers  Maybe losing a Game 7 in their building makes them chokers though along w/ the glorious past under Riley.

A Depleted Nets team? they looked pretty healthy to me while they had the best record in Basketball in the last month and a half....all of a sudden they run into the Heat in the playoffs...get killed and therefore..."They were depleted"

The Wizards were very healthy...and did you forget that we SWEPT them without SHAQ?

I really don't get what you are talking about here...

Nevermind that the Heat was an underdog in the ECF's....(Vegas had the series pickem', with the Heat having the Home court...thus...Heat= Underdogs)

nyjunc, just admit that you just posted a bunch of incoherent heat hating BS and be done with it. Don't try to defend your irrational statement.

There is that word again....they were not depleted...the Heat on the other hand...beat up on the Nets with a hobbled SHAQ and destroyed the Wizards WITHOUT HIM.

And what does the "glorious" past have to do with this team?

I double posted to see if you came to your senses and just admitted that you were just BSing and made a fool of yourself....go ahead dude...just admit it...

@ Pheonix tonight, WITHOUT Wade or JWill. I'm expecting a loss...

Damn it man.. 10-30 in the first quarter.. They need to find a way to use Antoine cause he was good in his other teams and here hes all lost.

well its 30 to 10 i'm starting to think the heat are just not as good as i thought

We're missing our 1st and 3rd best players. Of course we're gonna suck against a top NBA team without them. I wouldn't panic.

A replay of last year.....

Last year we rolled into Phoenix without Dwayne Wade....(Sound familiar?) and got murdered by a hundred points (15 points...we made a nice run to close the game)...at one point last year they were down by 41....

This year we decided to top ourselves and not only have Wade out, but LETS HAVE J-WILL OUT ALSO!!!!

This team has been a mash unit.

This game was lost when they announced that J-Will and Wade were out....

Welcome to last year. :lastyr:
