Rip??

Coming into the series he was in my top 15 favorites, but that has changed a bit.

This guy sends out cheap shots to Dwyane Wade on EVERY possession - whether it's an albow in the face, elbow in the chest, pushing him into the stands, etc. He hasn't been called against any of this YET in this series, and he should be. Then, he gets T'ed up and continues to curse the refs, yet no Double-T. Guess what? If that's Udonis Haslem arguing the call even AFTER receiving a tech, he's out of there with a Double-T.

I'm one of those guys who will always tell you, "I hope so & so is healthy for Detroit, because I want to beat the at full strength." Yet if you ask me my opinion on Rip Hamilton, I'll tell you that he should be suspended for Game 6, and should've been suspended for Game 5. There's nothing wrong with harrassing someone defensively, but hey man, you don't throw out cheap shots. Only ******* do that.

Nonetheless, I'm a fan of Chauncey & Rasheed.

I thought they were letting Detroit play last night, but not Miami.

A couple of those early Shaq calls could've and should've been let go.

Thing is Rip isnt the one making those calls, if the refs are going to let you do something....your probally going to do it, I just think he is a good player

Tayshaun Prince....everytime I see him I get the urge to strangle someone....

Every time I see Tayshaun Prince, it reminds me of why I wear a rubber.

I'd be afraid to have a child that ugly, man. Love your child no matter what, but DAMN!

yeah, once again, thanks for your expertise, Hubie Brown.

i don't know if anyone has mentioned this earlier, but:

shouldn't the refs make rip cut his fingernails? in his interview yesterday, they were long and nasty, and all that flailing around he does is gonna seriously injure someone (think mourning's accidental jab to billups' eye with long fingernails attached).

Yeah..please say more..like where you buy your booze?

John Hollinger of ESPN had an analysis of Game 5 and came to the conclusion that Detroit is in serious trouble for game 6.

He said that if Detroit had hit their free throws at the same percentage they have all year and the heat done the same...that the difference in the game would have been 1 point.

In his analysis he concedes the intentional fouls the heat gave at the end. if Not..the point differential would have been +6 for the Heat.

In other words..Hollinger says that for a team to be in a desperate situation and to be played even at home...does not bode well on the road.

Tomorrow can't get here soon enough.
