talkin bout wade not marino.

Doesnt matter

Wade could score 100 on his own but if the rest of the team lets him down doesnt score and the other team scores 101 its a loss

but that doesnt take away from the individual effort

18 points.....damn what happened to wade? im not watchin im followin on nba.com
They took him out when the game was pretty much out of reach.

It's sad to see Wade finish all these games with 5+ turnovers. 3-4 of those turnovers come from Haslem and/or Doleac not knowing how to handle a good pass, ESPECIALLY Doleac.

Don't forget - yesterday, we were missing Shaq, Posey, and zo. Tonight, Zo, Posey, and J-Will.

the Heat need to play some defense, I'm really concerned that they will lose early in the playoffs. they keep allowing an opposing player to put up 40+ points

false.

if you defense sucks, it won't matter how much you score.
Wade's defense does not suck. I apologize if you were referring to Miami's overall defense. As you can see recently, it's been teams getting to the basket opening up the outside shot. That is because there is no Alonzo Mourning, and previously, Shaq wasn't either. Nobody is afraid of Michael Doleac. :sidelol:

nah man there was an argument going on about whether or not one man can make or break a game. Someone said, if you score 60 points, then your team should win. I said, if your defense sucks (as in your team as a whole) then you can very easily lose, no matter how many points someone scores.

He's pretty scary if you ask me :D

Riley and Shaq just complained about the refs in the Nets game

I didn't see the game so I can't comment but it is clear to everyone I know (myself included) that the refs have a double standard. I always see guys trying to do illegal stuff to Shaq and get away with it

it was pretty bad....especially on Shaq.

They took away 5 FG's from Shaq because of floor fouls (3, that were continuations) or because of offensive fouls that weren't (2).

What was rather strange was that it was Bennett Salvatore's crew...if it was that moron Jess Kersey's crew or that other see no evil idiot Crawford...then I would understand...but it was Salvatore's crew.

The way New Jersey defended Shaq was rather embarrassing...two hands on is a foul...period. A step and dribble is not an offensive foul....and to call two fouls in 11 seconds when the replay shows that they were clearly phantom calls is rather ridiculous.

The really bad one was when Vince acted like he had been shot and the replay showed that Shaq never touched him....so what happens? Shaq gets his 5th at a crucial part of the game...goes to the bench in the 3rd quarter and the Nets go on a big run.

sounds like the NBA really needs to address it's officiating although they will probably fine Riley and Shaq and then forget about it

I told you all that the Nets fans are out of their minds right now....:sidelol:

Check out this gem:

Calls on shaq yeah ok buddy. Most of those were good calls he ALWAYS swings his elbow when he turns and he absolutly hammered vince carter out at the 3 point line. About time refs actually called fouls on him.

'absploutely "hammered" Vince!

Somebody get us the video of the air monster hammering Vince!

Shaq didn't even touch him! talk about Bias!

I will say this as slowly as possible.

THE REPLAY SHOWED THAT SHAQ NEVER TOUCHED

VINCE.

Argue with reality if you want...the replay showed what it showed.
