I can deal with Carter being a crybaby. Don't like it, but I can deal with it. And I can deal with a player not liking where he is and sulking. Don't like it, but I can deal with it.

But when you sign a MAX contract with a franchise that was built around you, openly start tanking games because you're unhappy, force the team to trade you in a deal that has already taken its place among the 10 worst in NBA history, and still act like a 14 year old girl to the point where refs offer you Midol during timeouts, well, you've earned my eternal contempt.[/quote]

You've just described half the NBA. But franchise built around Vince? yeah right he had absolutly no one. Yes easy to rag on him when your on the outside looking in. If you had as much talent as him wouldn't you want to be on a winning team? Everyones goal in professional sports is to win a championship and when you have to drive a team sport to a championship by yourself yes your going to get unhappy.

Carter would sit 10 games out for a mild stomach ache he had two days ago.

He's a puss.

Who don't you think is a puss? So far you think kidd, carter and randy mcmichael are all a puss.

Apparently he thinks Wife Beaters and Crybabys are puss's

And Id tend to agree

Another 2 id add to that list are Pat Riley and Steve Nash

Nah Haslem gets frustrated I think thats the opposite, he doesnt complain...he just has outburts of energy, no my knowledge he has never hurt anyone

Posey is debatable, I like the hit he put on Hinrich, it was a physical play but nothing more than sending a message, he wasnt trying to hurt him I dont think, I like those kinds of plays, you cross the line when you do something like Raja Bell did to Kobe

Theres another one for the list

Raja Bell

And vince carter doesn't get frustrated? Everyone in the league gets mad at one point. You can make a case that everyone is a crybaby. Like people complaining about the refs isn't that being a crybaby? The NBA is made up of a bunch of guys that all thier life they've been told that how good they are and they've dominated peopole in high school and college and when u put them all together and they no longer "dominate" they get frustrated and people's natural reaction is to complain.

Thing is Haslem doesnt complain about it just gets angry, and doesnt fit in that category because he was never really a dominate force at any level

Its not like im being biased either, You might consider Shaq a crybaby....and Id somewhat agree he whines about the officials a little to much, even if its true.

Yeah but that's exactly what makes it worse for vince. He's expected to lead lead the nets everynight to a victory. Haslem doesn't have that expectation because he's more of a role player and if the heat lose you never hear ohhh we lost because haslem played bad (unless he gave up ike the g/w or something). All i'm saying is that stars do get mad and thier initial reaction is to complain it's human nature.

The reason alot of people don't like Vince is that he whines even when he is being handed a ton of free throws that he doesn't deserve....among alot of other things.

In Game 1, he would not quit complaining to the refs, even after he had gone to the line about 87 times.

But everyones in somepoint of thier career have complained once in a while. I just don't think you should label poeple a crybaby just because they complain.

You want crybaby then look at adam morrision someone who actually crys literally haha
