Yeah, took them to win the game straight up. Helped make the blow a little easier to take. As for Wade, what can I say? Only a moron would say he isn't top 5 after this display. I still think LeBron will have more titles in the end, and be a better player, but right now Wade is the man in the world of basketball.

My banter with you guys started in the LeBron vs. Wade thread, and while I said LeBron is better, I also said that if the Heat won the series, Wade would be one of the greatest ever, and it's true. Of course, he has to keep it up for a while.

It's getting harder to dislike this NBA great after this display. Honestly, I've never seen anything like it, that includes MJ. I don't remember ever fearing a player more. Congrats to you as well.

Now dont worry about the Magic. Dwight Howard is my 2nd favorite player behind Wade... and he will be the next dominant big man in the NBA.

Now if only we can get him down to Miami... :wink:

Yeah, actually a Sixer fan, but go to a ton of Magic games. Magic are a team on the rise definitely. You are dead on about Howard, but watch out for Darko. The man has the ability to do it all, the question is does he have the mind?

As for the prediction.....I will say this...alot of people did not share my opinion of the mavs.

I KNEW how good this Mavs team was going to be....

As for the Finals......I think San Antonio might be better than the Heat...but I look for the Mavericks to be really good this year and upset the Spurs in the Playoffs....

Heat over Mavs in 6.

If the SPurs get in vs. the Heat....I say Heat or Spurs in 7....a tossup....

Believe me, if I could pick one player in the NBA to get a Championship right now after my Heat, it'd be Allen Iverson. As a fan, I'd be VERY upset if Iverson ends his career without a ring. True display of heart, and nobody has a bigger one in all of sports. I know you're not only a Sixers fan but an AI fan too, so I hope he gets a chance to get one with another team if not Philly.
