The More We Hear About Brian Flores, the Smarter the Miami Dolphins’ Decision To Fire Him Looks

Many of the 'personalities' who coached under BelleCheat have been exposed as less than wonderful human beings. Coaches are a different breed but there is a remarkable lack of character from some of those guy's in particular. Just my opinion.

Flores is the biggest pos in the NFL, I'm pretty sure of that. Not only should any and every team be re compensated for everything they lost and or were fined, and all other charges should be dropped immediately. Flores should be fined and charges for bringing such a bullshit ass case up against and wasting everyone's time

The thing that really pissed me off is less the coaching fiasco and more of the race card BS he tried to play on a national stage. The most pathetic people in this world are the ones who always point their finger at everyone but themselves. The dude stopped talking and planning with his coaches midway through November and tried to undermine the GM. Then AFTER getting fired decides to all of a sudden be honest with some things that happened in the organization that happen in EVERY organization, just to be a vindictive prick. Dude then has the gall to say he was fired because of his race. He is a giant POS and I am glad that cancer is gone!
That's what pisses me off too.

I feel bad for Flores to a certain extent, this probably stems from something that he has never addressed from growing up or earlier in his life
I do think he's a good coach, but he has some personal issues he needs to work out. There's a difference between tough love and being abusive and it sounds like he was abusive.

Not sure if you caught Fitzpatrick torching Flores in the pre-game last night........ouch!

Starts at the 25 second mark

Damn! I think Fitz may have ended Flores' future of becoming a coach again with that statement. Which team would want a toxic coach that hurts player development?

Minkah Fitzpatrick: We need more people who are going to work for it

“In order to see the fruit, you gotta toil for it”.

Ummmm ok. You couldn’t see what was about to be built in Miami, toil in mediocrity bro.

Didn’t want to start a new thread for this chump but definitely to wanted to post his gem of a quote.

It was really pretty damning wasn't it? And Fitz is in a position to know.....
Fitzpatrick slow played them pocket rockets. It was payback for finding out he lost his starting job on social media.

I'm usually one that doesn't like beating a dead horse. But in this case, I love to see this stuff being brought up over and over and having former players starting to speak out. Because every fan, more than that, every citizen, has to realize that Flores' lawsuits are plain bulls%$t. Wasting everybody's time and stoking the racial divide that already exists in this country. Bottom line, the guy was an a-hole with a huge ego that couldn't take the fact that his bosses finally realized that he was the problem. Screw him.

Said it more eloquently than I could have. 100% agree.

Dave Tepper?

Oh wait, Flores is black, he’s not getting the Carolina gig.
I said that yesterday when somebody mentioned Carolina for Flores. You cannot put him in Carolina with Young. What a disaster that would be.
