The More We Hear About Brian Flores, the Smarter the Miami Dolphins’ Decision To Fire Him Looks

It was stunning the say it was announced. I had no idea what the team was doing.

Kudos to the organization for keeping all the dysfunction quiet.

Flores lack of character and people skills are what will likely keep him from being an NFL head coach. His bad decisions near the end of his tenure here and then again shortly after, are all the evidence one might need.

I'm surprised it took so long for players to speak out about their treatment from Flores. They've been quick to praise McDaniel, but seemed hesitant to reveal much about Flores time here, up until now.
I wonder if the organization has instructed Flores holdovers to zip it due to the lawsuits. That would be SOP, in my experience.

I wish we could get the real story on why Caldwell backed out of being a senior advisor or whatever his title was before year one started.

There is something there beyond family issues

Never supported Bri one day he was bad from the get go

Flo want to win now at all cost. Tua was just too green and injured at time. I understand both side. Flo had 3 good yr with Dolphins.. He still better than most off HC in NFL today.. the lawsuit was kinder dumb. He cause his self not get another shot at HC job.

Flo is still better than half NFL coaches in NFL.. you looking at 7 to 9 new coaches next yr. If he can fix that character and people skills. I am not defending him because I don't know him..I never will work for him and don't want work for him...

oddly his name is mentioned for next year HC slots....

In rehashing the laundry list of egregious offenses against Flores, many overlook the behind the scenes struggle trying to wrestle power away from Greer. How might that have worked out?
