The More We Hear About Brian Flores, the Smarter the Miami Dolphins’ Decision To Fire Him Looks

Flo want to win now at all cost. Tua was just too green and injured at time. I understand both side. Flo had 3 good yr with Dolphins.. He still better than most off HC in NFL today.. the lawsuit was kinder dumb. He cause his self not get another shot at HC job.

There's no understanding a side that is actively, and openly, trying to sabotage and undermine his QB, or any player for that matter.

He was garbage.

I remember during his last season. I was openly writing on this forum how it was clear and obvious he was trying to sabotage Tua. Didn't know about Jackson and most likely others

Glad he's gone, and there is absolutely 0 seeing or understanding his side

Flo want to win at all cost. Tua was green and injured.. probably putting to much pressure on young players too be great..Flo is gone now. McD is doing great job.

Sorry, that's a negative.

But I'll always say, if not for Flores we don't get McDaniel. So.....

Flo is still better than half NFL coaches in NFL.. you looking at 7 to 9 new coaches next yr. If he can fix that character and people skills. I am not defending him because I don't know him..I never will work for him and don't want work for him...
oddly his name is mentioned for next year HC slots....
Let's say you invest $2 billion dollars in a professional football team, would either of you even consider him?

Of course not for multiple reasons, including filing a lawsuit of racial discrimination.

I just find it odd that he is being mentioned again, considering the only real success he had was on the defensive side of the ball with the zero blitz scheme (which doesn't work well against top QB's or schemes such as McD's.

I find it so odd, that I wonder if it is designed to further damage his case....

Actually, if I owned a team or was a GM, I would eliminate Flores for one other reason. He's a defensive coach. Look at all the top teams. They all have offensive guys leading them. And now you have Bill and McDermott in trouble and the guy with the Chargers and
Saleh. What do they all have in common, defense. The NFL is moving to the geniuses on offense.
