Totally agree, he's great, reports the games factually and he sure beats the heck out of some of the "homers" we have to put up with at away games and those Jet commentators who come down here every year to call the game....heard more anout the jets players than I ever wanted to know......:eek:

Joe is entitled to his opinions, just as I am entitled to my opinion that he's a twit and that TV will be better off without him (which I'm thinking may happen as soon as 2006 -- say hello to Favre in the booth).

He's such a media whore and has a lot of nerve for saying some of what he said. I mean he's making Ricky look like a damn needle junkie!!

We didnt see him get all over Favres case when Brett admitted he was addicted to painkillers!! Joe is a joke.

Joe is a media whore. He's paid to have an opinion, the unfortunate thing is that opinions are like *******s, we all have them. Some of what said is true, but making Ricky seem like a damn junkie is going to far. He was all praise when LT got inducted into the Hall. There has not been a bigger junkie than that.

I actually haven't even checked to see what Joe has said about Ricky. It may be that I happen to agree with him on this. The thing is that I don't care what Joe thinks enough to look. Like I said, he is entitled to his opinion. This is America.
 
I agree with Theismann!

In regards to an earlier post; If 55% of the players in the NFL do use marijuana what a terrible low we've fallen too.
It certainly sounds like there are many on this forum that support the use of marijuana. This is sad, very very sad.:cry:
 
Unless he(theismann, name doesn't deserve to be capitilized)knows RW personally and very well he should just shut the f**k up about the situation.JMO.Btw I'm not a RW fan.

Oh please man.

No one is supporting the use of marijuana. It's unfair and a double standard to go at Ricky like that when there are many athletes out there with more serious substance abuse issues that, yes, have been made public. Do you really think for a second that Bret Favre is off the pills?
 
I can't wait until Ricky make this Moron eat his words..An addict? Is he a million years old. Since when smoking weed was that bad..I think the ******* forgot he's best friend LT is the real addict..and Riggins? Don't even get me started on him. How can you act like you are so mighty, when you played with two psycho's yourself..This mofo just loves to hear his own voice..
 
I really don't care what Theisman said personally thats his opinion. And he is entitled to it. And more than likely I agree with everything probably said. because right now i do think Ricky deserves all the criticism he is getting.

hell he could not even answer a simple question as to why he came back.


You would think he would say for the fans or to be with team mates and miss cameraderie. Or even to say he wants to finish out contract. But to say he did not know. blew my mind.

So he deserves all the criticism until he can change minds. And so far I am not satisfied
 
Its hard to take Theisman seriously. This is the guy that said on draft day some years back he wouldve selected Cade McNown #1 overall. Thats right, ahead of McNabb, and Culpepper. And even though Couch and Smith became busts, they both were rated higher than Cade, yet, Theisman argued that he would without a doubt take Cade number 1 overall. Not move back and draft him at a slot he was rated to go, no, no, take him number one overall. lol. That is just one of the many stupid things he has spewed over the years. How can anyone take him seriously? He is a joke.
