This looks good for Joe

I don't think Ireland should get fired over this situation. I think he should get fired cause he's not a very good GM....LOL

Ozzy rules!!

Go look at our last 3 drafts. More starters than not. Then go look at the Pats last 3 drafts. Let me know what you find out and then tell me that Ireland is the worst GM in the league.

How many CBs have they gone through using second round picks. In their 2012/2011 drafts they have like 4 starters.

Irelands first few drafts were complete garbage. The last three years however, have been good for the most part.

I'm only going to ask this ONE MORE TIME.

What should the coaching staff have done? If Martin, the man himself who is the one who "started" this all, does not tell the head coach anything in the meetings they had together (1 on 1), what else can be done?

As I'm sure you know this, they know the answer to that.

There is no way possible that this could actually look good for Joe. He set the tone on Hard Knocks for the entire world to see. He presented himself as being on top of everything going on in the facility. If JM's allegations are true then Philbin missed something pretty big. The only way this turns out to make anyone in our organization look good is if JM's accusations are proven to be lies. Especially considering what Incogs dad added before he was outted. Someone in the organization should have sent Martin to counseling or settled this in the offseason IMO.

He's not the NSA. Does he have access to private email or twitter accounts? If Martin kept this quiet, no one could have imagined this degree of harassment. I've never read of any incidents of Incognito pushing, shoving or swinging at any Dolphin teammates. I can see a coach getting involved if 2 players are seen angrily arguing with each other or acting chippy with each other. In the absence of that, I don't see how he could possibly know, without being informed by Martin or another player who is a confidant of Martin's.

I'm fully confident that unless this team goes on a run and hits the playoffs, Steve Ross will have seen enough to realize that a housecleaning is in order. It's just one more situation that highlights how amateur this group is.

I don't know if I'd dismiss Philbin after this year if Miami doesn't make the playoffs. This situation doesn't help but from what I've heard up until this point, I don't place blame on Philbin at all.

If we're strictly talking about team performance then that's a different matter.

We really can't count on Ireland anymore being able to accurately judge the character of men.

He's show repeatedly that not only is he poor at this, but he himself is as much a weasel as the characters he brings in.

You give Ireland more chances, his proven track record has demonstrated he will embarrass you.
