This looks good for Joe

None of the detractors are going to answer this Phinz. They can't. They are just pushing their anti Philbin/Ireland stance.

I will reiterate that if Philbin knew about any of this and did nothing....he should be canned immediately. That is something I'd be fine with.

But if he knew of something, did something to change it, and the **** happened again at some point, he isn't liable.

And if he wasn't told of any hazing or bullying by Martin, he isn't liable.

The team going to dinners, hanging out at each other's houses, ****ing off at restaurants where Incog jumps around having a grand 'ol time, these things should not be concerns of Philbin's. Joe Philbin has a life outside of the coaching office. The dude has a family to go to when the day is over. He isn't Joe Policeman that follows every player around and commands their every day routine.

A coaching staff that doesn't know whats going on in its locker room, should be fired.

Alot of this isnt in the locker room. Alot of this seems to be in twitter land.

Anyone ever consider that someone is stalking you in twitterland and then you show up to work and this guy is treating you like best buds? That would scare the **** out of me, expecially if you consider his youtube tyraid with pouncey.

Leave the F'n guy alone! He is not a rookie and he owes you nothing!

I completely agree. If someone was made aware of the situation and didn't act they should be held accountable. Multiple sources have come out and denied this to be true. So until that non existent evidence comes out everyone needs to get off Philbins case.

Agreed. I'm continuing to wait for a response about what Philbin should have done differently.

And the title reads as if martin never met with Philbin when he did. He just supposedly didnt bring up Incognito.

sneaky media people.

Beat writers are reporting now that Martin is not going on NFI.

I don't know if they're still debating it or what, but this seems to indicate that the Dolphins feel they acted appropriately when this stuff came to their attention and they are not going to fall on their swords for Richie or try to make things worse.

I'm fully confident that unless this team goes on a run and hits the playoffs, Steve Ross will have seen enough to realize that a housecleaning is in order. It's just one more situation that highlights how amateur this group is.

Feel free to roll your eyes at me. If you think Jeff Ireland and Dawn Aponte have done a great job of managing this team, which is tens of millions of dollars under the salary cap and has an offensive line that has been described by NFL personnel executives as "expansion level" then by all means, write a nice letter to Mr. Ross and tell him how much you enjoy watching this football team win 6 to 7 games on a yearly basis.

I don't think Ireland should get fired over this situation. I think he should get fired cause he's not a very good GM....LOL

Ozzy rules!!

We will see who looks good or not. Richie is not the type to roll over for anyone and if he's done he will squeal on anyone in the front office who knew about this. Bet on it. You can also bet that if Richie is gone Ireland will be the fall guy for keeping Richie "bad boy"around. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure this out. Richie will have his "interview" and heads will roll because no one has heard his side yet.

The other thing that seems very very suspicious to me is why Martin kept all of these texts and voice mails since April? I'm gonna be a contrarian and venture a guess. Martin lost his passion for football and is looking for a way out. Go ahead and blame the crazy guy that everyone loves to kick and collect trash on him. Then sue everyone, including the Dolphins, the NFL and the NFLPA and walk away as the victim. Crazy? Uh no. The truth will come out and the light of truth will be shined on all this garbage. I predict neither Cogs or Martin will be back. I predict Ireland is a dead man walking. Philbin will survive and of course Sherman will be fired after the season. Now all bets are off if Richie squeals on Philbin. Stay tuned for another episode of as the Dolphins Turn...

We will win more than 6-7 game this year. Book it. And statistically we don't even have the worst line in the league, so there must be a lot of expansion level lines out there.

I do think Jeff Ireland has done a good job building a competitive team the last couple years. I believe in the players we have on this roster. Our OLine is definitely a problem and Ireland deserves some blame for coming into the season with this group.

Like I've said a million times. I'm not shouting at the rooftops for Ireland, even though I like our last 3 drafts. I'm speaking up for Philbin, who would be fired if Ireland was let go.

Continue hating this team in it's current state. Philbin will make this team a winner.
