I echo the sentiment that this coaching staff sucks. Decent people yes, decent coaching ... no.

In almost every game we have lost when the opposing team is driving to win or tie the game we call our timeouts in order to have more time when we get the ball back. This also gives the opposing team more time to score. If we do not call all of our three time out during Carolina's drive at the end of the game yesterday my guess is that we play overtime. They would not have had the time to score the touchdown . . . thanks to us they were given the option to run the ball . . . thus giving them options. Frustrated with this staff!!!!

Joe "The father of a sexual Predator"Philbin will be gone at season's end. I don't think he will be a problem anymore. We have a bigger problem and that's Stephen"I am never around' Ross. He is an absentee owner who does not live in South Florida. He seems to only show up on Game-Day. Guys like this usually care a lot more about profit than winning championships. We have to hope he sells the team or that we just get lucky and find the right GM and the right Head Coach.

His son also killed himself. The man and his family suffer every day with a agonizing pain that few will ever know, thankfully.

Complain about his coaching ability but it would be best leaving comments about his family out of it.
