This Organization Is A Joke

Ya, as a fan I have a right to question it. We all can, as fans, question any moves they make. Thats part of being a fan.

Like I said......questioning is fine. Just outright coming out and saying the guy is a loser and professing to know that it would be a horrible hire and that the franchise is pretty much doomed for the future is stupid. You don't know. No one does. As I said, there is a difference between being leery of something and trying to claim something as fact (which you did).

Everyone's trying to hop on the "I was right about him sucking before everyone else was, so I'm king of the interwebs" bandwagon.

Comical, really.

You can question moves all you want, but where's your reasoning? Saying somebody sucks just to say it proves nothing. Damn this site can be depressing at times.

McCoy is qualified to have a shot at a head coaching gig like many other candidates out there. He's been sought after by others teams just like the other two candidates we've interviewed. He's not my first choice, but there wouldn't be so much buzz about the guy if people aronud the league didn't think he could have success.

Bottom line, we tried to woo Fisher here, whom we weren't supposed to be a favorite in getting anyway - and now we've interviewed McCoy, Bowles, and Philbin, 3 candidates other teams around the league have interviewed as well. Make assumptions if you want, but the front office knows more about the candidates than us and I think they deserve a year of support.

if they knew sooooooooooo much then jeff fisher would have been HC of the fins but instead Ross thinks ireland knows more about [h=3]Evaluating[/h]players than fisher dose because thats why fisher isnt here and is somewhere else.and imo theres noway ireland is better at evaluating talent (players) than fisher is/was, fisher was on his way here, but mr. Ross took care of that and thought ireland was better , imo Ross should just let ireland have the HC job.[h=3]

Its not just this site. Its all of Dolfan nation. One of the most ignorant bunch in the whole country.

Perhaps there will come a time when we, as a whole, will stop acting like entitled little babies and complaining about everything, and everyone. We're almost at the level of Jet fans.

You either like this possible hire or you dont. I dont want to hear the crap about only knowing the espn big names when we had no big names in this hunt for the most part. I personally dont like the hire if its Mccoy based on I really dont think his offense with Denver was that innovative and effective. We saw this offense first hand that laid a goose egg for like 57 minutes aginst us and then pulled out a miracle at the end but of course this was McCoys grand plan all along. Denver did not beat one team with a winning record much like us and the offense didnt show upo many a week. Last playoff game 10 pts versus 31st ranked defense , 3 points versus KC, 10 points versus Detroit just not an impressive offense in any way. His offense ranked 23rd and people want to act like he is the future of the game. Now many will say there is more to being a coach than being a successful coordinator but shouldnt you at least do something as a coordinator to get noticed. People will criticize Philben for not calling plays but McCoy has not called plays but for one full season and like I said that offense is pretty damn ugly. personally I think its alot more Tebow than the OC that they have any success. Whats funny is how some people all of a sudden are raving about this guy and before our coaching search not one person was mentioning him but now he is this awesome choice. If we hire him i will hope for the best but Im just very dissapointed thats the best canidate we could come up with in our mind.

Like cupping ears and screaming from the hilltops incessantly.

I'm not gonna site here and say yea or nay on the Mike McCoy hiring but I will say this. Some of you "holier than thou" fans sit here and get upset with other fans when they express their dislike or distaste with what they feel is another dolphins bonehead move. You're the same bunch of fans that believe that everything this team does is the right move because they're professionals at this and they know what they're doing, etc. All these jokers are doing half the time is pumping smoke up your butts. You're the same bunch of fans that Stephen Ross knows he can count to be good loyal little soldiers and worship everything dolphins because they're the smart guys who know what they're doing and we're just the mindless zombie fans.

Don't forget...this is the same bunch that brought you Cam Cameron and tried to hire a coach while they still had a coach, amongst other idiotic moves. So please don't act like these guys are this all knowing bunch of people because of the positions that they are in. The way things are going now, I'd trust certain finheaven members to run this team more than I do these clowns.

That is all

^ You should honestly learn the difference between expressing a dislike for something and whining like little *******.

I'm all about expressing an opinion of not liking something this organization does. I do it all the time. However, when half my browser is full of "This sucks....They suck....The organization sucks....This coach sucks....The owner is a *******..." it tends to lose its credibility as a well thought out opinion on this whole ordeal.

Fans are knee jerkers. It happens to the best of us. Myself included. However, I'm not as ignorant as some Dolfans that complain about absolutely everything without even seeing the results of the decisions in question.

Like I said, we are becoming Jet fans.

I find it almost comical how all the "armchair" GMs on this site proclaim to know who is a good coach. Nobody on here has followed McCoy whatsoever. All you can go by is what you read which, as we all know, is usually BS! let the guy fail before you proclaim him a failure!!!!!

Sounds like a logic plan really, but I guess it's easier for some to say we're going to be a bad football team for X many years if we hire McCoy because he was stuck with a QB who couldn't throw his way out of a wet paper bag unless it was against an old, slow banged up defense like the Steelers. :ponder:

People are gonna be people. This franchise has done absolutely nothing to prove the "doubters" otherwise. There's a reason were becoming like Jets fans...because like their team this franchise has won nothing of any significance in ages. Until they get it right, people are gonna be naturally upset. These decision makers have been more wrong than the fans have because if they hadn't been then we'd be winning and not having this discussion.

I agree with this 100%. Too many people here are acting just like jets fans now. If you go to their sites you will see thread after thread justifying and rationalizing why hiring sparano was a good move. They will convince themselves of anything and any dissenting voice is quickly quelled in screams of "hater". I agree it is a disturbing trend. But let us be the voices of reason. Im with you man. No more acting like jets fans

Wayne Huizenga is the one responsible for bringing in Jimmy, Dave, Saban and Parcells. just because he made bad hires doesn't mean Ross will
