Today is a HUGE day for the Dolphins Organization

i think we should have a nfl team in Alaska and the nfl should build a stadium there and host the super bowls there then everybody can go ice fishing after the game and instead of having female mud wrestling we have female snow wrestling. i must give it up to myself here and say this was a brillant idea if only the world was round instead of flat .:roflmao:

Living in Colorado I would love to see a Superbowl at Invesco Field at Mile High....although it can get pretty cold around the end of January and beginning of Feburary.....but it is still warmer than in Minny or Detroit. I think there is a greater possibility of having future SB's in cold places than having it every 3 years in Miami.....although I would love to see Miami playing in the SB at home. :) Hopefully in 2007.

Ill assume, NE hates it because they cant play in Miami. But yeah I was just griping today that more games need to be on the west coast. I like the idea of rotation through regions, because its kind of dumb that for the next 6 years only arizona is non-east SB. I think its cool for miami to play the SB in miami, but for me I would rather see them play in SD, because its easier for me to watch.

Rather not have SB in miami every 3 years, like the variation of sites.

as much as id love it to be dolphins stadium......i say the nfl makes their own stadium for that

your thoughts are very simple...this benefits you because you live nearbye and you believe it is important to all because it is the Dolphins stadium.

Actually no I live in NJ... as a Phins fan I'm concerned about where they are playing.
I also actually attend the games so anything good for Dolphins Stadium is good for me!!

it wont happen. the nfl execs and owners hate the idea.

You cant blame them--it would give us an advantage--personally i would rather win it somewhere else-no one could moan then

Minny and Detroit have domes. The only way New York will get a SuperBowl is with the new dome they want to build. I don't think we'll ever see an outdoor SuperBowl in a cold weather city. Too many variables, not fan-friendly, usually not as good a game showcaseing the league's stars, and not a level playing field in freezing cold and/or snow.

BTW- the SuperBowl will be at the new stadium in Arizona in 2008.

Doesn't sound fair. I mean I'd take it, but I'm not sure how other teams would let this happen.

too abstract for a vote apparently. But I did bring it to you before the papers did... a little love?

This would entail an upgrade of the stadium and all it's facilities -- so fin fans who attend games would benefit from having the best technology available. Might even lead to more cameras etc on televised versions of the game.
