Top 5 Of All Time

that's ridiculous. lewis is far from average at best. i'm not putting him in the top 5 of all time here, but he's a fantastic football player. a first ballot Hofer.

When was the last time you saw a Ravens game? Did you see him look foolish last year on MNF playing KC at home? KC ran right at him and Lewis couldn't even tackle anyone. Just one example, but he was bad last year. Lewis RIGHT NOW is an average player. 4 years ago, 3 years ago......he was a beast. TODAY, he is average.

Just because he does a funny dance, yells, screams, and talks a lot and gets media hype, doesn't mean he is still good.

i've seen quite a few ravens games, and i think you're nuts. granted, the shoulder injury has taken him off that plateau of untouchables but he's still the best MLB today.

THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I've been saying this for 2 years at least and I get ripped a new one on a reguaslr basis for it.

Ray Lewis is nothing but bluster and self promotion.

The guy is the best player in the league at falling on the pile or getting "assists". If the NFL regulated the tackling statistic a little more closely you'd see the 200 tackle seasons Ray Lewis gets come to an abrupt end.

Four or five years ago Ray Lewis was the best middle linebacker in football. Today he is irrelevent. Three or four years of dominance don't get you in the top 5 players of all time. I'm willing to bet that when his time comes to get his HOF ticket punched he will find it a lot harder to get in then a lot of you realize. NO WAY does he get in on his first ballot.

He's not even the best MLB in the conference. London Fletcher of Buffalo is. Buffalo's team defense and rushing defense led by Fletcher ranked higher than Lewis last year. Fletcher had more "impact" plays last year than Lewis.

Im not saying Lewis sucks. He just isn't the greatest defensive player in the game anymore. He isn't the best MLB in the game anymore either. It's all hype

excuse me?! London Fletcher?! MR. Give up big play London Fletcher?! no no no no no! he isnt even the best LB on his TEAM! yea, the bills d was better than the ravens this year.. but that doesn't mean LONDON FLETCHER IS GOOD! oh my god, london fletcher... aaahck

London fletcher who guaranteed SB win for the rams?

London fletcher who i clearly remember on Nfl Films, you know the thing with jaws and Merril Hoge, they were highlighting good and bad LBers and fletcher was one of the ones they showed how he was weak at the point of attack and let some weak fullback take him completely out of the play, instead he could have held his ground and halted the FB, which would have made the RB stop or reverse direction. but no, he completely took himself away from the play and gave up a big play.

i respect your previous posts, regarding Lewis not being at the peak anymore. but London Fletcher is just a joke.

Hold the phone... If you're going to put a kicker in the honorable mentioned list then you have put Yepremian in there.
