No, no disagree totally. There doesn't need to be any more evidence or bad decisions to fire Grier.
If Ross cares one iota about his billion dollar investment he doesn't allow his awful GM any more chances to devalue it.

I hope there's one smart person to tell Ross that it's time to sell and prep for the next offseason and the only real options they have to get better are through a better GM making better draft picks.

But Ross is an absentee owner with donkey brains.
