Seems like a majority of the teams always say they want to trade down, but rarely do (probably because so few teams want to trade up). However, lately it seems there's always one or two players (usually QB's) that slide way down in the draft from what the experts think is going to happen. If we can get some decent pick(s) out of moving down and still get an impact player in the spot we are moving to, why not. But all this happens on the fly the day of the draft, so we are going to need to be more flexible than in past years.
